Quiet studio located 400 m from the beach of Baie des Anges and the GR34, it is spacious and bright despite its size, ideal for 2 people. Everything can be done on foot as it is located less than 1 km from the center of Landéda (bus stop, bakery, butcher, bar, tobacconist and convenience store) and 1 km from the port of Aber Wrac'h with its restaurants, sailing center and craft shops (jewelry, ceramics and raku, painting, delicatessens, clothing, boating...)

You have a view of the Aiguilles de Portsall, the beaches of Tréompan, the entrance to Aber Benoît and the surrounding islands. 2000 m2 garden with terrace, garden furniture, fireplace, outdoor bar and barbecue, shared with a large house. The loft on the first floor of a small private residence. Ideally designed for 2 people. your bedroom equipped with a double bed overlooking the sea. In the living room, a sofa bed is convertible into a double bed south side, a small terrace for lunch in the sun. In the inner courtyard, you can safely leave your sailing equipment or bikes I have 2 sea kayaks available (beach 10 meters away). Don't forget your swimsuit🐬🐟🌊.
