Welcome to my wooden house! Spacious, bright, south-facing, it is located on the Sainte-Marguerite peninsula. It is ideally placed to discover the Abers: the sandy beaches and dunes are less than 300 m from the house! You can also enjoy the many coastal trails (the GR 34 passes right by), enjoy the pleasure of shore fishing, bike rides, water sports (sailing, kayaking, kitesurfing, paddleboarding... all in the immediate vicinity). Completely renovated in 2023, adjoining the main house, you will have 21 m2 of single-storey and a mezzanine accessible by a miller's ladder. (160/200 bed in the mezzanine or in the sofa bed). This studio is equipped with a functional kitchen, a shower room. Small garden.
