The apartment is located in the Hochzeiger ski and hiking area. From there you can reach the lifts in about 10 minutes' walk. The house has a unique location as it is located at 1500 m directly on the edge of the forest. It is wonderfully quiet and in a secluded location, so you have a fantastic view of the valley and the mountains. The apartment is only suitable for 1-2 people who like it simple, travel a lot and are looking for a cheap place to stay.

Following a renovation in 2023, we proudly offer our guests two modern, comfortable, spacious apartments for your stay in the Paznaun valley. This two bed- & bathroom unit is on the ground floor, providing 65m2 of floor space. The two bedrooms have five full-size beds.
