Three double beds, in the loft they are separated, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, 65-inch TV, and a homey atmosphere. The ceiling height in the sleeping loft is approximately 190 cm (6' 3"). Walking distance to shopping, Liseberg, Scandinavium, Avenyn, etc. Cafés and restaurants nearby.

The kitchen is spacious and equipped with the most basic kitchen appliances for simple cooking, dishwasher & microwave. Kitchen table & four chairs. Bedroom: Double bed 180 cm, chair, desk, two stools, wardrobes, floor mirror, chest of drawers. Living room: Sofa, table, armchair, cabinet, TV bench, TV. Bed 140 cm. Small hall with hooks. Toilet & shower and bathroom cabinet. Hair dryer. Air mattress is available as an extra bed, filled via electrical outlet.

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
