We (Marcel, 46, Melanie, 45 & Levi, 10) rent our granny apartment in the basement of our house in Mettmann / Metzkausen with separate entrance via the hallway. The spacious bedroom is located on the terrace to the garden and therefore very quiet and idyllic. It is especially suitable for trade fair guests (Düsseldorf 20 km, Essen 30 km and Cologne with a good 40 km) or someone who, for example, visits family nearby. This basement apartment is all about relaxation. Whether cozily on the terrace, relaxing in the hot tub or simply in the room with a king-size bed and underfloor heating. At lunchtime you can prepare a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen and in the evening you can go out to eat in the delicious pizzeria opposite.
