Vacation rentals with a patio in Lancaster County

This is a rural setting south of Charlotte. Place is peaceful. The space is compact, well equipped and clean. A host was responsive, pleasant and friendly. Instructions were clear. Bed was comfortable. Shower was fine. Would be happy to stay there again.

I forgot to message him the first day and waited until the last second when I got to the apartment to send him my phone number in order to get in the apartment through the complexes app, he responded within 2 minutes and helped me get everything to get in. Very clean as well!!! Great host!

This is the perfect spot for exploring Waxhaw. The many eateries and shops were just a short walk away from the house. This was our first visit to the town and we really appreciated the location and value here. We found the space to be clean, quiet and safe. The owner's flowers and plants could be seen from the spacious deck, which made for a great morning spot for coffee. I rate this a 10 out of 10, and would recommend this spot to others.

We loved staying at Joanna‘s place. Perfect location, walking distance from everything in Waxhaw, the house is historic and incredibly charming, but also one of the most spotlessly clean Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was one of the cleanest and least cluttered places we have rented. It is close to shopping and town while still feeling like we were out in the country. The primary bed was so comfortable that we have decided to buy the same mattress!

Perfect home for a stay-cation! Well stocked kitchen and Keurig coffee bar were appreciated. Home gym, hottub, firepit, basketball goal, and pool a welcomed plus! Plenty of space. Home is older, but the decor is adorable and the bedrooms and living areas were spacious enough for our large family to spread out. Communication with hosts was extremely warm and helpful. Would stay here again!

This place made us feel right at home. Olga is very responsive and even brought us a blender for our morning smoothies and extra pans. I would highly recommend this place to anyone travelling with preteen kids. Close to everyhthjng that Charlotte has to offer.

My wife and me and our German shepherd came to Charlotte so my wife could recover from surgery. Daniel was super nice and responsive with all communications, and the house had everything we needed. We couldn't tell this from the photos but the backyard is fenced (great for our dog) and comes right up to the four-mile greenway, which is beautiful and fun to watch as people walk by. The peaceful setting was helpful to my wife's recovery. The space is all on one floor, which was ideal for us. The house was very clean and it was easy to get in and out. Maybe best of all is the Pit Boss, which let me indulge my love of smoking meats. Overall we had a great experience, I can recommend this location highly.

We stayed 4 nights in this lovely home. Very clean and comfortable. Wonderful design and color scheme. Perfect for our needs while visiting relatives in the area. Just the right touches, uncluttered, peaceful, visually appealing without distractions. The backyard feels private, the trees in the back created a park like visual. Quiet, safe, close to grocery stores, Target, helpful stores. Host extremely responsive and friendly. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

We came into Charlotte for my daughter‘s baby shower and totally enjoyed Carlos‘s home for the weekend. The place is very well kept the pictures are very accurate. The neighborhood was very quiet. It had a lovely back porch to sit out on and enjoy the day. Would recommend hundred out of 100 times.
