Perfect place for my conference at the ballentine. Easy to get into with remote lock app and Spencer was super responsive. Place was clean and nice, safe area, and the bed was very comfortable

Juliette’s place was perfect for an event in town. The location was within walking distance to restaurants, stores, and part of the event we came for this weekend. When we arrived, there were fresh cut flowers arranged on the table that were gorgeous! This space is very calming and inviting and perfect for a weekend to just get away from the hustle and bustle of your busy week. I highly recommend staying with Juliette if this is exactly what you are looking for.

This house was perfect for our family, multiple large bedrooms and bathrooms, with extra linens, and pillows available as needed. Even some Staples in the kitchen, such as sugar, salt and pepper, coffee filters. The kids had a wonderful time playing outside, and we even used the fire pit. Very large backyard to play in. We love that the house was so close to restaurants and shopping, but not too close, we were out of sight and sounds of any traffic. We would definitely come back here if we are staying in Charlotte! We loved it!!

Our stay was seamlessly, Sula corresponded quickly with answers to our questions and provided clear and concise instructions for check in and check out. Our location was identical to its’ description and photos, it was peaceful with a beautiful back drop of trees! Recommend!

Exceeded expectations! Extremely comfortable and spacious, inside and outside. We would definitely stay again. We stayed at Joanna’s place with my brother and his family for our sister’s wedding weekend. Four adults and four young kids and there was plenty of room. The large fenced yard was great for the kids. The bedrooms were very large and easily fit our four pack and plays. We spent a lot of time on the many porches and decks. The place was walking distance to downtown and we enjoyed walking to breakfast every morning!

Edward's place is just as pictured -high end appliances and newly renovated/updated interior. We booked last minute with Edward last minute on our way to Charlotte, booking was extremely easy and quick. We arrived late, check in was easy, the place was nice and clean. We enjoyed the house and patio out back. The kitchen and house is well stocked. This is the 1st spot that had everything you could think of, we did have to use the supplied lint roller to remove dog/cat hair from our clothes but that was the only drawback. Other than that we'd stay here again! The neighborhood and surrounding area is nice.

If you are going to be staying near Waxhaw, NC stop looking this is the place. My only complaint is the address takes you to the front door. And the access and parking is in the back. Chris may have put that in the instructions. But who reads the instructions until it is dar. I just wondered around and quickly figured it out. We got in later than expected. So we did not want to bother anyone so late. But me and my in-laws walked in and WOW. What a pleasant surprise to find a house so spacious. Easily could sleep more if needed.

Very pretty, clean, well stocked and modern new construction home! It’s tucked away in the woods on a rural street. Loved the open floor plan, comfy beds, strong WiFi, smart tvs and lovely kitchen. Great host who answered every question promptly! Thank you!

Amy was an excellent host. She had the place fully stocked with little snacks, coffee pods, shampoo/soap, hair dryer, even poop bags for our pups. We loved the little things she provided like charging cords, extra towels, blankets and the beds & linens were really comfy. The house is walkable to Waxhaw Downtown Park where we took the kids to play. We were also able to walk to downtown restaurants for brunch. The house is one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in and a huge plus it’s pet friendly. We were in town for a graduation and would definitely stay here again.

House was great! I was in town for a wedding with my husband and grown sons and wives and it comfortably housed all six of us. House was very clean and every detail considered. Greatest plus for us was that Brandon allows dogs. Our big dog loved the very large enclosed yard ( and Brandon even provides the poop bags!) We enjoyed the yard too because Brandon had a covered outdoor seating area. We didn’t get a chance to use the grill or fire pit because we were busy with the wedding activities but did all sit out there together. Also a super short drive to the cute little downtown with local restaurants and breweries. We tried Americano! Very nice, very clean!
