The place itself matches exactly what Amy describes in the description. It was so relaxing and just peaceful. Amy & Shannon responded in a timely manner to answer any questions we have. We enjoyed walking around and seeing all the animals, sitting outside just listening to the animal noises while looking over the ponds. It was just all around a peaceful place to relax and clear your mind. We will definitely be back for a longer stay and will be sharing our experiences with our family and friends.

The Blessed Nest

We stayed in the Blessed Nest cabin over the weekend and were blown away. The cabin was adorable ...spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches. We were welcomed with fresh-cut flowers throughout the space, along with farm-fresh eggs in the fridge. One of our favorite features was the small enclosed yard for our pup, which even included the side deck. It was perfect for enjoying a meal or relaxing outside while our dog safely roamed. The farm was much larger than we expected and filled with a variety of animals—not just goats, chickens, and cows, but also unique ones like camels, zebras, llamas, and peacocks. They were friendly and clearly well cared for. A bonus of staying on the property was the ability to explore after farm hours. It felt like we had the place to ourselves. There are ponds with docks and benches throughout the farm, and watching the sunset from there was absolutely breathtaking. We're already talking about when we can return.

The room was very nice, clean and well laid out. My only true gripe was that the microwave with the exhaust fan in the kitchenette wasnt working so when we cooked the room would get very smokey (not burning food smokey), so we had to fan the smoke alarm to keep it from going off. Otherwise everything was GREAT!!! Plus its right at the SC/NC state line and just a short ride to Charlotte.
