Haus Regina is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

Lamspringe is a spot with historic half-timbered buildings, a beautiful forest pool, is close to the A7 and is referred to as the Harzer Vorland. It invites you to hike and cycle.

Bright and quiet apartment right on the edge of the forest!

The apartment with fantastic views comprises the entire attic of my house. It is located in a quiet location in Lamspringe directly on the edge of the forest and is completely newly renovated. It is accessible via the main entrance via a separate (!) A place of rest close to nature. The bedroom has a large, cozy double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and there is a sofa bed. Wi-Fi, TV, radio available, apartment is well equipped. Small outdoor terrace.

A countryside vacation with alpacas

On the farm live my 9 and 6 year old daughters, me, 2 cats, some rabbits and alpacas. In the large garden there is a small sandbox, a swing, a trapeze, a trampoline and various seating areas. You can slow down and relax. It's an old yard where there's always a lot to do. Weeds do not bother us We are cosmopolitan and tolerant and wish this from the guests as well. There is a bed flat rate in cash (€10 per night) to be paid on site.

The attic apartment has a living area incl. Wi-Fi and Smart TV, a sleeping area for 2 people, a bathroom and a small kitchenette. A complete kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob is available in the basement. In the garden there is a sitting area at the garden pond incl. Barbecue facilities. Electricity station 50m away. Supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Bus stop 2 minutes. Distance Hildesheim 10 minutes by CAR.

Welcome to Werder , a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover , Brunswick and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shops and restaurants are located in and around Bockenem. The Harz as well as the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here,we ride a motorcycle ourselves and are at your disposal for tour questions.

Waldferienhaus - Cosy cottage close to the forest

My cottage Waldferienhaus is located on a meadow at the edge of the small town Lamspringe. There is a beautiful view into the landcape. The calm, hilly countryside is inviting you to spend some relaxing days far from noise and traffic. You can explore the environment by hiking (some nice geocaching-trails here), or visit the Harz mountains or some towns like Goslar, Hildesheim, Bad Gandersheim.

We offer you a modern 76 sqm apartment in a quiet environment on the upper floor of our house with a balcony for max. 4 people with 2 separate bedrooms. In the 1st bedroom there is a double bed (1.80 m × 2.00 m). In the 2nd bedroom there are two single beds (90 × 200). Towels, bed sheets, dishtowels and WiFi are available free of charge. Wallbox for electric vehicles can be provided.
