Ranch Retreat

StephanieRating, 5 stars4 months ago
We stayed here with family and friends for Christmas and new years. It comfortably fit our large group of 14. There’s great outdoor areas for hanging out on the deck or around the large fire pit. The house is on 40 acres with walking trails throughout that we were able to explore everyday! The house was clean and evyn was very responsive and had great recommendations for when we wanted to go into town (only a 10 minute drive) and explore. We will definitely be back to stay here again!
A wide view of the property reveals large, leafy trees surrounding a spacious green yard. Two homes are visible, with one showcasing a white metal roof and a welcoming front porch. The landscape offers a sense of tranquility and openness.

Relaxing Riverfront in Bend Tx

CatherineRating, 5 stars31 months ago
Wonderful place! We had such a great time. It was super easy to get in and exactly as described. The House: The house is large and comfortable with plenty of spots to sleep lots of people. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials, a/c worked great, bed was comfy, and we loved being able to access the water and go fishing! The Area: Just down the street is The General Store which is a fun little spot with basic groceries, and a beer garden in the back with yummy food, a stage for live music, and even a little above ground pool where you can sip a beverage and watch the goings on :) not too far away is the town of San Saba where we got a birthday dinner at Pecan House Grill. The food was great and the atmosphere perfect for our celebration. Colorado Bend State Park is just minutes away from the house so there are plenty of outdoor activities. All around a great spot for a low-key and relaxing weekend getaway!

Cozy 3 bedrooms house near Fort Cavazos

ColetteRating, 5 stars11 months ago
I chose this location because it was near the family members we were visiting. It worked perfectly. This was our first time in an air bnb and it worked well for our different sleep schedules. However it wouldn't have worked very well if we were planning on cooking meals. There was a small number of pans and dishes. Unfortunately there was no washer and dryer. Looked like the laundry area was being remodeled. I found it both amusing and annoying that there was coffee and a coffee pot but no coffee cups/mugs. The plastic tumblers weren't for hot coffee. Overall the place was clean, the beds comfortable and the location was great for us. Those were the most important things for us.

Country Cabin

KaelynRating, 5 stars1 month ago
New, super-clean cabin that is in a beautiful and peaceful location. It’s a short 10 minute drive to Colorado Bend State Park and less than 5 minutes from Fiesta Winery. It was a perfect base for our day hiking in the state park and for meeting friends for lunch at the winery. It’s also an easy 20-25 minute drive to San Saba or Lampases. Easy to find (alongside the main FM road), easy to check-in and good instructions for checkout. Definitely would stay again!

Secluded Colorado River Ranch. Hot tub. Amenities.

JeanneRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Karen thought of EVERYTHING! From bath robes, to shower shoes, to games for the kids, to food for the animals and even homemade cookies when he walked in. The place was beautiful, quiet, homey and comfortable. She was in frequent contact with us, even sending a message about the heater as it got cold at night. Her husband, John met us at the door and pointed out little things about the place. It was so peaceful and quiet. We saw many, many animals! We loved this place and will be back! Thank you, Karen and John, for an amazing stay!
