It is independent of our main residence and ideally located in Lamotte Beuvron just minutes from the Federal Horseback Riding Park, Center Parcs and the city center with its restaurants and shops. In our region, you can also discover iconic places such as the Château de Chambord, Cheverny or the Beauval Zoo.

Adjacent to our main house, this small house, typically Solognote, has been renovated by us. Its entrance is protected by a veranda. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. The entrance to the house on the street is independent of ours, a private garage is available. Dog accepted, clean, (12 kg max), on request, subject to conditions, only one pet allowed.

Pleasant 40 m2 apartment, on one level and close to all amenities (Marcilly-en-Villette town center). You have access 100 m to a bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, bar-tobacconist, restaurant, pizzeria...
