Adjacent to our main house, this small house, typically Solognote, has been renovated by us. Its entrance is protected by a veranda. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. The entrance to the house on the street is independent of ours, a private garage is available. Dog accepted, clean, (12 kg max), on request, subject to conditions, only one pet allowed.

Formerly reserved for the stewardship, this 60 m2 apartment is ideal for a couple, solo or to work quietly in an idyllic place. In 2024, it has regained its Belle Epoque spirit with a singular and intimate atmosphere with an assertive taste. Rediscover the charm of antique furniture and objects, and in the evening, all the magic of the lights of yesteryear. You will have a bedroom, dining room, boudoir, bathroom and equipped kitchen.
