Our duplex has been perfectly designed so that everyone can feel at home with the calm, cleanliness and a list of amenities allowing you to be independent for the longest stays, even the object allowing you to have very good friendly moments is present… What am I? We will be delighted to satisfy you in our little cocoon created with passion according to our state of mind: good humor.

Fully-equipped 2-bedroom house

While passing through the area for a weekend or a business trip, pack your bags at the corner of Les Bonnettes. This house close to the city center consists of an equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining room, 2 large bedrooms upstairs, a pretty terrace and a green garden. You will find hiking trails within walking distance (Bonnettes, walk along the Scarpe...) The train station is just a few minutes walk away and Arras is a 20-minute drive away.

L'escale: Entire place

Small house in independent duplex, comfortable, located in the city center, on a one-way street in a residential area. Close to major roads (Douai and Lens 12 minutes away, Lille and Arras 25 minutes away). You can park for free close by. An electric terminal is 50 m away. Accommodation Ideal for taking contests at Gayant expo. Mezzanine with a choice of 160 bed or two beds. The third bed is to be booked extra with mattress and linen of course provided.

Located in a shopping area, close to the canal, the ANIS house is ideal for solo/family walks, athletes/hikers as well as business travelers looking to find a natural setting in the city. Tastefully decorated, you will feel at home here. You will appreciate the brightness of the fully equipped kitchen and the comfort of the beds will not leave you indifferent. ANIS is located in an area with historic monuments and local shops.

Beautiful renovated and bright house, located in old Douai near the Chartreuse Museum and close to everything: - 15 min walk to Douai train station - 3-min walk to the Chartreuse Museum - 6 min walk to Douai University - 13 min walk to the belfry - Amazon company 15 min drive and Renault Douai 11 min drive - 6 min drive to Gayant Expo - close to shops: Lidl, Carrefour City, Leclerc, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy etc.

The Annex, 45 m2 cottage with garden access.

Close to major roads, Lille, Arras, Tournai, Bethune and Lens are less than 1/2 hour away, and Douai is 10 minutes away. The Annex is a 50 m2 extension of my home that is totally independent. The ANNEX will welcome you in a family atmosphere. For your professional stays, your weekend discoveries, or to take your exams (GAYANT EXPO 10 minutes away) we will put everything at your disposal to make your stay enjoyable.

The 245 is a 50 m2 apartment in the heart of downtown Douai, with a 160 x 200 cm bed, on the first floor by stairs. Free parking on Place du Barlet is a 2-minute walk away, or on the street (paid 9am-7pm), and close to all other amenities (restaurants, supermarkets and shops). 10-minute walk to the train station. The apartment has been renovated, and the windows changed to double glazing.

apartment located in the courtyard of a working farm, on the Cambrai/Bapaume axis: 15 min from Cambrai and 15 min from Bapaume, 35 min from Douai and 30 min from Arras by car, in a small village in the countryside. Possibility to park the vehicle in the enclosed courtyard, new apartment, spacious single-story. Pets allowed; we have three nice dogs on the farm as well as horses.

We offer an apartment completely redone with care that can accommodate 2 people and an extra person thanks to a sofa bed. Very warm and cozy with a TV area, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. A small independent enclosed outdoor terrace.
