This large bright apartment, not overlooked, located in a 1920s building in the immediate vicinity of downtown Douai will seduce you with its amenities and decor. You are a 10-minute walk from Place d'Armes and the great belfry of Douai, a 15-minute walk from the train station and right next to shops, restaurants and public transport. Free parking at the bottom of the building. The apartment is comfortable and cosy. It has been carefully prepared to welcome you!
