Old shepherd's house transformed into a dwelling on a 35 ha property with olive and almond trees. These are 2 terraced houses located in the Plain of Urtaca at the entrance of Balagne. The first of 18 m2 includes 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. The second of 58 m2 has a kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms: one children's room with two bunk beds and one bedroom with matrimonial bed. Outdoor terrace. The bathroom is attached.
