Szarewood is a 19th-century cottage at the end of the road in the village of Szare, in a quiet area close to the forest, with a murmuring stream in the background. There are only two houses in the immediate vicinity, so you are more likely to meet roe deer and deer at the fence than people :) We arranged the house with early retirement in mind. However, life has changed our plans, so we want to give others a chance to feel the freedom that this place gives. If you are looking for peace and quiet and like contact with nature, this is the perfect place for you.

In the Settlement you will find 5 Icelandic cottages. Each cottage has a terrace with a seating area and a barbecue. The cottages are fully equipped – they also have separate access to the Wi-Fi network, which will allow you to combine leisure with remote work. Each cottage has a spacious living room with a fireplace and a mezzanine, from which you can admire the panorama of the mountains during the day, and the sky full of stars at night. An additional advantage is the external, year-round wood-fired hot tub.

Osada 3 Harnasi 1 is an apartment that is half of a barn house with a direct entrance from the yard. The price of the stay includes access to the Jacuzzi and sauna. This is a place where you will find peace and quiet. Our greatest attraction is nature: forest sounds, views and smells, and the simplicity of life, walks, morning coffee on the terrace and evening bonfire. There are many hiking trails nearby, you can go hiking or cycling. The place is also a good base for skiing.

Nearby: recreational facilities, bike path, promenade, restaurants, shops. A 37 sq. m apartment on the second floor, fully equipped (except for the oven, which has broken down), most comfortable for two people. The maximum number of guests is four. Pets are welcome! To save money on hotels, I renovated in 2012 the second apartment in the basement of our house to offer accommodation to artists and performers coming to Stanica & Nová synagóga art centres where I work. When it is free, travelers and tourists are welcome. We are in the town centre, in great neighborhood called Mala Praha (Little Prague), close to everything and quiet in the same time.
