"L'Imprévu" is a single-family house.

Single-family house (75 m2) on the first floor, completely renovated in 2022, can accommodate from 2 to 6/8 people. Its courtyard and private parking will allow you to take a break in peace in the heart of Burgundy. Less than 10 min from the highway (A6) exit 24 (TOURNUS) Less than 5 minutes to all amenities (supermarket, discount store, restaurant, tobacco/newsstand...) Our historic and Romanesque city will touch you with its history and its recent facilities, both small and large.

Studio by the pond

The studio is semi-detached, it is located on a closed property with electric gate, several dwellings on the same land but each with its own private space and not overlooked. Total independence. It overlooks a beautiful 50 m2 terrace fully equipped to rest well in peace with a view of the pond accompanied by several ducks, very quiet, relaxation assured. Presence of a very nice and accustomed dog. Lake with supervised swimming in the summer and activities on site 2 km from the studio.

Come and take a break in this small cozy completely refurbished accommodation located in the building of our main home. You have an independent entrance, with a private terrace equipped to fully enjoy the sun and the unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside and also access our swimming pool. Access to the cottage is facilitated by the proximity of a major highway (RCEA), 10 minutes from the Chalon Sud highway exit and 15 minutes from the Creusot TGV station.

In Laives, a charming stone village, we welcome you to the outbuilding of our house. It is located opposite the garden, allowing you to maintain all your independence. We are located less than 20 km from Chalon-sur-Saône, 10 km from Tournus and 30 km from Cluny via Cormatin and its castle, in the heart of Southern Burgundy at the junction of the vineyards of the Chalonnaise coast and Mâconnais.
