Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Laketown Township

Loved this house, kitchen was the most well equipped of any place we've ever stayed. We felt very much at home. In a nice neighborhood which felt safe.

As many other reviewers pointed out, this was the most well-equipped Air we've rented! Laura has thought of everything and provided it. She even has firewood available for the outdoor fire pit. Unfortunately, it was too windy to enjoy but sitting on the back deck was just as nice, including visits from some wild turkeys. The house was very comfortable, clean and perfectly located for spending time in Saugatuck as well as Holland. Also worth noting that the mattresses were so comfortable! Communication was fantastic to the point we were told when the cleaning crew was wrapped up from the previous renter and we were able to get in a few hours early. We'll definitely look to rent here again if we're in the area and would recommend it to anyone!

This was our second trip to this area. We had a great time. The house was nice and comfortable. Bedrooms had good mattresses. The sofa was also super comfy as well. Neighborhood was great for walking our dog. Joncie was responsive and allowed us to check in an hour early which we really appreciated. We would highly recommend her house and the Saugatuck/Douglas area.

We loved this property and would stay here again! The location is ideal - it's quaint and tucked away so you feel secluded, but it is only 15 min to several adorable towns and every store you could possibly need (Meijer, Wal-Mart, Target, coffee shops, Ulta, etc.). The guidebook is a bit difficult to navigate on a phone and doesn't provide specific answers to questions like which restaurants will actually deliver to the property. That said, it's helpful still very helpful, and I utilized it often when planning this group trip!

Very comfortable stay would definitely use him again. We use the house to stay to be close to our wedding venue. Any issues we had he was quick to respond and ready to fix it ( mostly not his doing we lost power in storm) other issues were address quickly. We use Airbnb often for hockey tournaments and are hoping if we play in holland we can put the coaches up here again. Highly recommend.

My family had a great time here. We had concerts in GR at van andel but wanted to get out of town. We were going to bring the dogs but then didn't which was a great option for pet owners. We will definitely be back!

This a perfect distance from downtown Holland. It is walkable to town, but quiet neighborhood to come home. The house is clean and well stocked. Great kitchen. Comfortable bed and nice linens. Lots of extras with indoor and outdoor games. Nice backyard. Robert was quick to respond. Easy entrance and good parking. Come to Holland to play and then come home to this quiet respite. Thank-you Robert for the perfect stay.

Cozy and extremely easy to walk to K college, Vine Neighborhood, downtown, etc

Cute apartment, close to downtown Bridgman. Check in and out was very easy. Larry was communicative. I would definitely stay there again.

It was a great location and a very nice 2 bedroom unit with a lot of attention to detail. Examples are toiletries, spices and coffee that was really nice as we checked in later in day.

We had an awesome long weekend at Morton's Retreat. We loved visiting Three Oaks and Sawyer, and going on a few short hikes nearby. We especially loved grabbing drinks at the Historian. The Airbnb is on a busy road, but there is a bike path that runs by it and it's a short walk to Luisa's Swedish bakery, which was excellent. The place was clean and even a bit larger than we expected. Great for a relaxing long weekend.

Stephanie and Chads place has made what has been a wonderful trip, all the better. A perfect apartment in an idilic setting with wonderful hosts. If we get a chance to come this way again, I'd hope to stay with them again. Stephanie was wonderful, from the 1st point of contact. she was soo helpful, she recommended a route from O'Hare airport in Chicago, to her place in Kalamazoo, which put us at ease. the Apartment had all that we needed. it was warm and comfortable at all times as we had weather was 20c and sunny to -3c and snowing. hot water as you needed and in a setting that was stunning on the outskirts of Kalamazoo but 5 mins from where we needed to be each day. We had a garage for our car. washer and dryer for our clothes two bedrooms with double beds and a large living space and kitchenette they had all we needed for it to feel like a home away from home.

John was an excellent host! Would recommend this place to anybody and would come back. Hot tub had a great view, and the location of the house was in a convenient spot! Host was extremely helpful, instructions were very clear & the place was cozy. We had the chance to talk to him and he was very kind!

This was our second time renting at Lance's cabin. It is so cozy and perfectly located near family. It's also very private, quiet and comfortable. They offer lots of extra towels, pillows and blankets, and the TP and tissues aren't cheap quality, which is a plus!! Oh, and the wifi was super fast!! We'll definitely be back again! Highly recommend! 😀

Sitting in a comfy recliner next to the fireplace and looking out at a tranquil snowy landscape with majestic cranes was just the relaxing break I needed!

Cozy place with a comfortable atmosphere that added some great relaxation time to our family trip. Jose provides lovely amenities and a clean environment.

Quaint little cabin just a short walk to the water very sweet

The Cabin Off 39 was exactly as described, and shown in AirBnB pictures. Beverly was easy to communicate with and extremely responsive to our inquiries - including sharing suggestions for local restaurants days before check-in which allowed us to plan ahead. The location was amazing! - easy to find, private wooded setting (various birds, chipmunks, rabbits, red squirrels abound), beautiful landscaping and a short drive into town (3mi to Pumpkinvine Nature Trail for those that may be on a biking trip). The decor inside and outdoors was inviting, chic and comfortable. There were snacks and bottles of cold water upon arrival which was welcome after our drive. We didn't take advantage of the outdoor shower or fire pit due to weather but expect to do so next time. A perfect spot for exploring Indiana's Amish countryside. We will be back!

Host was very responsive and had great recommendations! This was our first time in MI and didn’t know what to expect about the Saugatuck/Oval Beach area but the location of this place was awesome—all the sites/downtown Saugatuck/Oval Beach less than 12 minutes away! Home was cozy—kitchen well-stocked and beds very comfortable. Would recommend bringing your own water or water pitcher with filter—we weren’t used to MI water—not the best tasting. And would bring your own coffee-maker—if they replace current one in the kitchen, great! Keurig part of coffee-maker was broken and we alerted the host—carafe worked fine but pretty slow to brew. Would stay here again!

Loved our little place to stay for a short anniversary get away! Cabin was clean, bed was comfy, and enjoyed the outdoor area! Very close to downtown Saugatuk with a shit 5 minute drive. The brewery and antique store right down the road were great.
