Guesthouse vacation rentals in Lakeland

It fit our needs perfectly. Sonya and Chris were both warm and welcoming and strived to make sure our needs were met. There was one glitch with washer/dryer but they made sure we still had the ability to use theirs. Very much appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the pillows as well. A pillow is often too big, these were just right. Having a granddaughter nearby, we hope it is available for future visits. A great two weeks.

We had a wonderful stay at Vera’s guest house. Very charming, clean, and in a beautiful neighborhood. It was only a short walk to the main strip of David Island for dinner and brunch. The best part was her amazing outdoor cat, Gordy. He was truly one of the friendliest and affectionate cat we’ve ever come across, which is saying a lot as cat lovers!

While the location of this home is in the midst of the city and near the airport, the neighborhood was quiet and walkable, stores and restaurants were nearby and there was easy access to highways. It was a comfortable place to return" home: to each day. The beds and couch were comfortable and the air conditioners really helped. James and his family were very friendly and helpful. The size of the unit was fine for two people, but with a small bathroom and kitchen, might be a challenge for 3.

Peaceful treehouse in the heart of Hyde Park. The location is great, bed very comfortable and we enjoyed the screened porch .

Can’t say enough good things about this rental. We only stayed a night but could have lived there. So many thoughtful touches, including snacks, cake, wine and a full bar! Would 1000% recommend. We’ll definitely be back!!

We always have a blast when we stay at Kaarla's Studio Zen! I look forward to our trips down to Dade City to visit our daughter at St. Leo U. Studio Zen is just around the corner and has such a cool fun vibe to it. And I'm always artistically inspired to draw and create when I'm there! Look forward to our next visit! I stayed here for 3 weeks, and it was a great stay. The place is very cute inside and was very clean on arrival. It’s very private with a fenced backyard space just for this guest house. The AC worked very well, which is a necessity in Tampa for at least 6 months of the year. There were lots of little helpful things like laundry detergent, k-cups, iron/ironing board, disposable razors, and even beach towels. There was a small issue with wifi on the first night, which Vanessa responded to very quickly. I somewhat did not realize how much I use a stove/oven, which this place does not have, so just be aware of that. There are various countertop appliances you can use in place of this, though nothing is a perfect replacement.

We loved staying here for a few days! Gorgeous and peaceful corner of Apollo Beach and the outdoor area was such a great spot to enjoy our morning coffee. We're really grateful we discovered this place and Rose was so welcoming. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for an escape in the area.

Liset’s place was perfect for our one night stay! It had the perfect amount of space and was very clean with everything we needed. She was very flexible when I needed to change my dates and the location felt very safe! Would definitely recommend to others and would stay again!

Ricardo’s place was a small quaint space. The grounds surrounding the place were peaceful and serene. The location was excellent and not too far from Disney area. Thank you for a wonderful stay and being such a gracious host

A great place to stay for our short visit to Tampa! Close walk to Ybor area for great restaurants and bakery shops! Short drive to downtown Tampa. The apartment is clean and has everything we need. The hosts are very responsive to questions throughout our stay. High recommend!

L’emplacement était très bien car proche de tout ce qu’on peut faire sur Orlando. On voyait aussi le soin apporté par le propriétaire dans la décoration de la maison. Nous étions 4 personnes et nous avons très bien dormis. L’endroit était aussi très calme. Nous avons profité de la piscine aussi.

We cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was at Hailey and Nick’s Airbnb. It is an absolutely darling, clean and charming place. Hailey made our time above and beyond great with her kindness &!wonderful recommendations that allowed us to enjoy the best part of Lakeland in Tampa. This is by far our favorite Airbnb we have stayed at and we are so thankful.

Had a great stay, communication was great. We had a small hiccup with the hot tub and problem was solved very quickly. The only thing I would complain about and not really complaining is there were cloths and a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. No biggie and honest mistake by cleaners other then that the stay was amazing and felt like home away from home. Will stay again for sure

It was a beautiful quiet guesthouse within a backyard garden with a lot of amenities. Surprisingly very spacious. His mom was super cool and willing to help if we needed anything. Worth the stay!
