I stayed at this adorable little cottage in Riverview while in town for my daughter’s sporting tournament, and it was the perfect place to unwind. The space was clean, cozy, and full of charm—exactly what I needed for some “me time” while my daughter stayed with her team. The location was super convenient: only about 10 minutes to the hotel and sports complex, 20–30 minutes to Tampa, and about an hour to Clearwater. It was a great spot to lay my head after busy days at the fields and still close enough to explore the area a little bit. The hosts were absolutely amazing—so welcoming, friendly, and attentive. You can tell they put a lot of love into the space and truly care about their guests’ experience. I’m so grateful I found this gem. If you’re looking for a peaceful, charming place to stay in the Riverview area, I can’t recommend this one enough. I would definitely stay again next time I’m in town!

Our stay at this loft in Saint Petersburg was fantastic! The space was quiet, comfortable, and incredibly clean and well equiped. Hello! The stay here was great! I'd absolutely love to come and stay again for a longer period if possible. It felt so cozy, it was clean , the garden in the back made it feel peaceful. Thank so much for the space Dawn, my wife loved it!

The place had everything we needed for a short stay, including a small kitchen with some utensils, cooking pots, microwave, oven and a coffee machine. Place is small and cosy however still spacious which we enjoyed. Location is not far from downtown and some shops, cafeterias etc approximately 10 minutes away on foot.

Ryan was so very attentive and helpful ! He was able to accommodate a last-minute weekday stay when our original trip planned to Washington DC was rerouted to Tampa Florida! Was just my young daughter and I and I have to say Ryan’s Airbnb was absolutely perfect, every amenity you could need it was very clean. The bed in the pillows were the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced at an Airbnb. My daughter very much enjoyed his very friendly cat that hangs out by the pool the Riverside view and seating to relax on the deck by the river is just stunning. Although we spent a majority of our time in Clearwater, the location was easily accessible to all highways and everywhere we were looking to visit. Ryan even saved me on a rental car recommendation. We very much enjoyed our stay, we even extended to an additional day ! We will be back, Ryan! Thank you so much for making my daughter and I feel so comfortable on a last-minute change of vacation plans!

Leah and Chris's listing was Exactly as stated. Quick to answer any questions we may have. Very clean well-kept property inside and out. Nicely decorated with comfortable furnishings. We enjoyed the area, from the Beautiful Historic Neiborhood, to people watching on the Pier. Delicious restaurants on every corner and to the beautiful skyline views after dark. Close proximity to several beaches. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Nena’s place. It’s cozy and has everything you could need for a short or extended stay. We had a wonderful stay at Vera’s guest house. Very charming, clean, and in a beautiful neighborhood. It was only a short walk to the main strip of David Island for dinner and brunch. The best part was her amazing outdoor cat, Gordy. He was truly one of the friendliest and affectionate cat we’ve ever come across, which is saying a lot as cat lovers!

It was a comfortable place to return" home: to each day. The beds and couch were comfortable and the air conditioners really helped. James and his family were very friendly and helpful. The size of the unit was fine for two people, but with a small bathroom and kitchen, might be a challenge for 3.

A friend and I unfamiliar with the area spent one night to attend a concert. The place was as described. It had off street parking. Was quiet and comfortable. St. Petersburg was charming. It was in a historic area with some brick streets and alleys. Beautiful homes large and small. A vibrant area with access to so much. Loved it.

We loved Leigh Ann's place! It's a beautiful little beach house, walking distance from the bay (and downtown St. Pete if you're in for a slightly longer walk). It was the perfect size for 3 people. Leigh Ann also provided beach chairs, a beach table, and coolers, which was so sweet and above and beyond. Highly recommend for any stays in St. Pete.

Had a great stay, communication was great. We had a small hiccup with the hot tub and problem was solved very quickly. The only thing I would complain about and not really complaining is there were cloths and a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. No biggie and honest mistake by cleaners other then that the stay was amazing and felt like home away from home. Will stay again for sure
