James provided a great place for our adventure weekend. The place was way better than expected. I would stay again.

If I could rate the experience higher than 5 stars, I would! First of all, Helen, the host, was incredibly communicative, helpful, friendly, accommodating, and an overall superb host. She was very responsive via text, and even made sure we had all that we needed and were happy the following morning. The house was so cute. It was old and quirky, in a very good way! There were books everywhere, games, cozy, and the beds were super comfortable. We had everything that we needed to be comfortable- plenty of towels, extra pillows and blankets, shower supplies, coffee, and even robes! And, all the things needed to start a fire to relax by in the evening. I was so pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail. The property is indescribable. It’s perfect if you have kids, but would even be great for an adult getaway. The animals were so cute and friendly, and it is obvious they are well taken care of. The river and proximate to downtown were amazing. We will be back! I highly recommend!

My husband and I brought our one and two year old to the farm and they had a blast! The bedroom was bigger than I expected so the pack in play fit really well. There was so much to do around the farm! Helen was very responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. One of the best parts was the screened in porch. We honestly did not think we would use it much, but it ended up being our favorite spot to hang out with a coffee in the morning or relax in the evening. We are so glad we picked this place and would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay. Heritage coffee was so cute right next to the house and so close to town but we loved being just far enough outside the court. We slept in the twin beds and they were amazingly comfortable. Billy was extremely responsive and a great host.

A peaceful and relaxing stay! This place offered a great view, with plenty of space and pretty secluded. I'd definitely recommend the stay to someone who just wants to 'get away' for a weekend and relax.

This was a great place, VERY worth it for the price. The sunflower cabin was super cute, and the complementary bottle of wine was an amazing add. 100% worth it.

I don't think I've ever checked into a a place I'm staying and felt immediately at home, like I did at the Magnolia. My partner, our pup Wallace and I spent 4 nights in peaceful bliss. everything we could have wanted for a healing and relaxing retreat was available. EVERYTHING. I felt like we were all alone in the woods each day with all the convenience of being a quick drive to town. I hope we will be able to return! Enjoyed our tiny home on a hill in the middle of nowhere! The sunrises and sunsets were unmatched! We loved that we could take our mini schnauzers and enjoy a little serenity for a couples getaway. Would love to come back and do more porch swinging and cooking out. Thank you for a great weekend!

Great stay. Liked the outside area very much. It was great to hang out there. The Airbnb was extremely clean.

This definitely is one of our top favorite stays; words cannot describe how peaceful & beautiful the surrounding land was, but the house was so calm, comfortable and made us feel right at home. It was large & spacious, and absolutely would be a great space for a large family to relax comfortably.

The cabin was very comfortable. We didn't cook, but the kitchen seemed well stocked. We couldn't find dish soap or a dishcloth, so the few items we used had to go in the dishwasher. I felt bad running it for so few items. We did make use of the chess set. That was nice. The location is beautiful and quiet. There were restaurants fairly close, so I was able to take a break from cooking. We enjoyed our stay.

It was perfect for what we needed! Stacie was super great and the house has what you need for a good little getaway!

My family had a great time at the cabin! The property is secluded and beautiful. It was great to have an area to camp along with the cabin. There was plenty of space and the home had anything you could need. We'll be back for sure.

Great place to stay, easy to find, easy parking, private location without a bunch of traffic, great cute and cozy house. Great deck with fenced in back yard perfect or pets.
