Modern Lake Weir House

Best sunset on Lake Weir! Lake front with private sand beach we are located on Sunset Harbor on Lake Weir. Plenty of dock space and beach space for several boats. House is on Bird Island and setup for entertaining friends and family. House was completely remodeled in 2018 with a modern contemporary design featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. One of the rooms is a movie theater with a 100” big screen that has a futon sofa. Can take the boat to Eaton’s Beach or Gator Joes just across the lake!

As good as it gets! Lakefront - with a pool!

This 2/1 house sits directly on a large private beach with a massive enclosed pool area including an outdoor kitchen, smart TV and lots of space to relax. This is our family vacation home, so everything is there to ensure an amazing stay. A new two story dock offers spots to moor a boat or jet skis, and lots of sun and fun space: paddle boards, fire pit, picnic table, etc. A separate cottage is just behind it. I’ve stayed at my fair share of AirBnB’s and VRBO’s and Mike is one of the absolute best hosts I’ve ever had. He was very proactive with his communication and was super-accommodating upon our arrival. He gave us a personal tour of the property and ensured our stay was awesome. The views from the property were amazing! Additionally, the property was very well cared for. Will definitely be back!

We loved sitting on the screened porch morning and night. Very peaceful. Very comfortable for family. Good communication during stay. Heat and AC worked well. Very convenient location to Inverness. We arrived at night it was a little tricky to find but that's what made it so private. Maybe a blue reflector on the mailbox would help! Rowboat, kayacks, canoes, horseshoes, fishing gear, plenty of games for adults and children. A great time.

We were in town for a horse show at the Florida Horse Park. I had myself, my 17-year-old daughter, and two college girls. The girls had plenty of room in the master bedroom and the second bedroom was perfect for me. The mattresses were comfortable and there was plenty of room in the bathrooms. The kitchen was super nice. There was a game room attached, which was a lot of fun. We did not have a lot of time for the Lake however the beach area was nice. Pam was very welcoming. We will stay here again!

This was a great place for our family. Plenty of room with a great view of the lake. Beautiful sunrises each morning. I especially appreciated the cookware quality as I cooked each night while the others were out fishing. The back yard was nice area for the kids to play games outdoors. Overall a perfect stay.

The home is spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The views to the lake are to die for, and the kitchen is a dream. We barbecued, made s'mores in both fire pits and took the kayaks out on the lake almost every day. We fished from the dock and saw lots of Wildlife. The area is tranquil and private, but close to grocery stores restaurants and shopping. We visited five major natural springs, all were within 40 minutes. We also really enjoyed spending the day in the historic and charming downtown area of Mount Dora, less than 1/2 an hour away. We absolutely loved this home and the area and will be back.

This was one of the best Airbnb‘s my husband and I have ever stayed at. Courtney thought of everything down to the corn and peanuts that we fed the squirrels from our hands. There was nothing that we needed that wasn’t already available for us. It was beautiful and peaceful and we can’t wait to get back there.
