It is a short drive (30 minutes) from Crossett, Monticello, Lake Village and a little over an hour to Greenville, MS and Monroe, LA. There is plenty of opportunities to explore and enjoy all this area has to offer.

The Shotgun Shack ❤️ of MS Delta

This Shotgun Shack is a genuine cypress board and batten shotgun shack. Construction of the cabin dates back to the late 1920’s, after the Great Flood of 1927. The shack was move to the property and has undergone a complete restoration. It has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Situated behind the antebellum Burrus Home a.k.a “The Baby Doll House”, near Benoit, MS. There is a gas station in Benoit that sells beverages and snacks but no grocery stores.

Stay and relax with all the comfort and amenities of home at 410 Spring Branch. This home accommodates eight people comfortably with three bedrooms. Fresh towels and necessities are stocked in the one and a half baths. Stream the game on one of the TV’s or just relax on the couch. The kitchen seats six and is fully stocked (minus the groceries) – coffee pot, microwave, & air fryer. No need for a laundromat, we’ve got you covered with a washer & dryer.

Enjoy The Doll House in a cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home, consisting of 2 queen beds and 1 full bed. There are also 2 folding beds for additional accommodations. With a nice front porch, BBQ grill, and fire pit you can slow down and relax. This house has WiFi but no TV. A great place to stay when coming through or if you're working in the area.
