Quiet place. The host is very responsive

I had the pleasure of staying at this apartment in Uganda for three weeks, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location was excellent—convenient, safe, and situated in a lovely neighborhood. The apartment itself was perfect for two people, well-equipped and very comfortable with nice balcony. A special thank you to Patrick, the owner’s brother, who truly made the stay exceptional. He was always available, incredibly kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Anytime I needed something, he was just a phone call away and always happy to help. His attentiveness and friendliness made a big difference in our overall experience. The property felt extremely safe and secure, with surveillance and guards on-site, which gave us great peace of mind throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience—clean, cozy, and very well-managed. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return. Thank you again for an amazing stay!

I had a great experience from start to finish. Mbabazi was so helpful and organised taxis to collect us from the airport and take us to the apartments. The drivers even went the extra mile and took us to a local place to buy Chapatti and egg (Rolex) as we arrived very late and needed food. Once we arrived we were greeted by the housekeeper who helped bring our luggage inside and made sure we had everything we needed for our trip. The following day I was even able to get my hair done by a local hairdresser the through the housekeepers recommendation. The place was immaculate my family and I had the best time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place :)

A great stay. Perfect place located in one of the residential areas of Kampala, a very good neighbor. Well secured apartment, we felt completely safe. Clean, well-equipped and modern apartment. Good customer service. We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back. very nice experience. heart cost. I recommend it.

Enormous 20th Century guest house – comfortably fits 4 couples/children, with dining and living area, plus enormous gorgeous garden + gazebo fit for a hotel. Housekeeping staff were present and helpful throughout

Great place and Edd is a great host. The airstrip can be a bit busy and noisy in the very early hours of the day, if an event takes place. The location is super central, pleasant and has all amenities. We had a great 3 months with a family of 4.

The Building and unit is very modern and clean. It’s great value for someone who wants comfort and value. I would qualify it for 1-2 people, 3 would be a bit cramped. The host is very pleasant and will attempt to resolve any possible issue, that arises. There’s a great Fruit/Veg. Stall on the next corner, where the High School is. Panama Supermarket is about 1KM away. Lugogo Centre and Acacia Mall are 10-15 mins by Uber (10,000 UGX or $2.75 USD) Good Restaurants are also 10-15 mins away Recommendation: Sunday Brunch at Latitude 0 Hotel This is about 30 mins away, and well worth it) (30,000 UGX or $7.50 in Uber)

Our stay at Mugi’s house was absolutely fantastic and I cannot recommend it highly enough! The place itself was impeccably neat and tidy, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing experience. A special shout-out goes to the cleaner, who was truly exceptional – not only did they keep our rooms spotless daily, but they also went above and beyond by washing our clothes, a service we greatly appreciated. The co-host was another highlight of our visit. They were readily available and incredibly helpful whenever we called, always quick to assist with any questions or needs we had. For instance, we needed some guidance on operating the oven, and the co-host efficiently worked with the host to get the issue resolved. Speaking of the host, their responsiveness was superb; they were consistently quick to reply to any texts or calls we made. Overall, this Airbnb offers a truly outstanding experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mike’s place! The space was wonderful, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Mike was a fantastic host—very responsive, welcoming, and made sure we had a smooth check-in. His support staff was also great, always available if we needed anything.

Winnie’s place is super cozy and has a beautiful night view. It is also very clean and aesthetic. Definitely worth it!

Brian the manager of the apartment block welcomed me on arrival and showed me around the apartment. He walked me down to the nearest food shop to get some basics. Only down side was not being able to walk around the neighbourhood on my own as cellphone theft is quite prevalent in Kampala. There are two armed security guard with rifles at night to keep you safe and the property is secure and walled. The apartment had everthing I needed including a blender for smoothies which was great. Lovely stay

Ashley is the host you hardly forget about even after leaving her place -a beautiful human-. She ensured we had a pleasant stay at her place, welcoming us in person, ushering us into the apartment and providing recommendations on activities and restaurants to visit. She was proactive and always available to respond to our queries. The apartment looks same as in the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped and this really helped as we prefer to eat home cooked food. Everything was clean and neat. It will definitely be our choice next time we return to Kampala.

Clare's place is just what I needed in my search for a home away from home. It's easy to locate and is in an area near to all you could need in the form of amenities. She is very responsive and communicates promptly. I would definitely recommend her place and I look forward to being hosted again.

This place has the best location in Muyenga. It’s close to the Japanese restaurant Yamasen and Endiro Coffee, making it a convenient choice. The room was exceptionally clean, and with three rooms available, each equipped with its own spotless bathroom and shower, privacy is well maintained. Even if you’re staying alone, you won’t have to share the space with strangers. The apartment is well-equipped with modern appliances, including a washer with a dryer, a refrigerator, and a microwave. For just $50 per night, the quality and amenities provided make this an incredible deal. It’s an especially great option for groups. The only minor downside is that nearby restaurants sometimes play loud music late into the night, and a nearby school has choir sessions early in the morning, which could be slightly noticeable. However, the windows are soundproofed, so closing them helps significantly. Bringing earplugs might be a good idea just in case. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay!
