The owners are very welcoming and helpful. The location fully met our expectations. Very suitable for two couples of friends and/or a family as the spaces are comfortable and the presence of two bathrooms with shower (brand new, like the rest of the house) makes coexistence easy. Highly recommended.

We stayed on New Year's Eve in Giovanna and Federico's house. We had a great time, the house is huge, with lots of attractions to spend a fun and playful evening. The environment is super comfortable, the cleanliness impeccable and the beds comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious. This house really has everything you need and more. The host was helpful, very kind and always responsive in her answers, thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to spend New Year's Eve with you ☺️

We stayed at this accommodation for 2 weeks and it was a great starting and return point for our daily trips throughout Tuscia. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, it has everything you need and more for an extended stay, parking in the square below is always available and the 50 meters uphill are easily done. Comfortable bed, the kitchen has everything and the washing machine is convenient for long stays. We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation and can only recommend it.
