Our stay in Orlando was wonderful! The house perfectly met our expectations: spacious, well-equipped, excellent location and everything very clean and organized. Communication with the host was also always quick and efficient. The only point that prevented it from being 100% impeccable was a problem with the dishwasher, which even with the technician's visit, could not be resolved during our stay. But other than that, everything was perfect and we would certainly stay here again!

We had a great 5 night stay! Great proximity to the pool, clean unit, and fun decor. They provided a pack and play and high chair for my little one. Good communication and instructions.

This was our second stay at Guylaine’s condo and it was fantastic again and we’ll definitely be back!! We love everything about the condo, the resort and location. The pools are wonderful and the condo feels just like being at home, it has everything you need. The location is so close to Disney, stores and restaurants, it couldn’t be better. Guylaine is the most wonderful host, so kind, accommodating and responds so quickly to any questions. I would highly recommend her place! You will be so happy if you choose her place to stay. Place was very clean and spacious. Location was close to all amenities and close to restaurants and shopping.

We had a very nice stay in this condo. It was very clean and spacious and perfect for what we needed. The mattress was especially comfortable. I really like the fact that it had a working washer and dryer so we could do laundry throughout the week.

We enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place! The place was pristine and just as pictured. I loved the extra towels, blankets, and stocked coffee station. Ryan was communicative (without being annoying) and was extremely accommodating! We didn’t use the shuttle service for the parks, since we had a vehicle, so I can’t comment on that. My kids enjoyed late night swims after days at Universal Studios and Epic Universe, which were both about a 20-minute drive from the place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who will be visiting Disney or Universal Studios!

This airbnb was very clean and in a quiet area. The host was very quick with any questions we had and was very thorough with all check-in and check-out instructions. Would definitely stay here again for a family trip to disney

House looks just like pictures! Everything was clean and well maintained. The kids loved the game room. It’s nice to have 3 full baths!! So close to everything Disney. We would stay here again!

I want to start by syaing how amazing the property was. My family and I loved everything about it specially my children. Great location and no store was too far of a reach. I don't regret it at all. It was worth the money. The host was amazing as well. I would definitely recommend you to that property, you will not regret it. Thanks again Alan for your hospitality.

We had a wonderful time at the property. We found the house to be very new, clean, and well-organized. Steven's promptness in responding to our questions. A few observations that we thought might be helpful: * The pool was too cold to use without heating (April) * Queen-size bed's mattress was slightly crooked, which made it uncomfortable. I ended up sharing my daughter's room, and the bunk beds in that room were very comfortable. * The king-size bed, was very comfortable. * No rugs in the bathrooms, so we purchased a couple. * In the kitchen, we missed having dishcloths, which our family uses frequently. There were also only three dinner forks, which seemed insufficient. We also missed a pizza pan, though all the other utensils were available. * All the appliances were in excellent working order. * Internet ok *The basic supplies provided for the first few days, such as toilet paper, paper towels, and dish and laundry detergent. Overall, we would definitely stay in this unit again.

Osiris responded quickly. The house is just like the photos, very beautiful and with plenty of space, the pool is at the perfect temperature and it is close to Walmart , near to Disney park. I recommend it!!

Anything I needed Franklin would respond within minutes !! He agreed without hesitation about a possible early check in once we got there -but traffic got us instead:( unfortunately …He did let us stay an extra hour for c/o because the day before we had walked p1000 miles at universal ! It’s super close to parks w/ a clean mansion style home for an unbeatable price !!Clear instructions ,great parking ,kids loved the pool! Huge kitchen! Alexa worked great when my mother in law wanted to get her tipsy wine-o karaoke on at night lol .2king rooms 2Cute/quaint and clean double twin bed rooms for children and even a little princess area for my little three year old Neice upstairs .The moment I got there I had a small issue with how to run the thermostat; I felt terrible about bothering my host! He was more than happy to reassure me to ask away and he assisted me to learn how to work the thermostat like a pro and it was cool in a jiffy! If I lived closer to Davenport I’d be there every weeken

This house was amazing! It was even more beautiful in person. It had everything we needed. and more. The heated pool was a hit with the family. The house and property are extremely well-maintained and clean. The location is close to so many stores, restaurants, and attractions. Brett was kind enough to check in on us via messaging during our stay. We would definitely like to stay here again the next time we come to Florida. Awesome hosts!

The number one thing I loved was Michael’s communication. His replies were quick but thorough. He really took the time to explain and recommend things to do, and checked in to make sure things were going smoothly. Secondly there’s parking literally right in front of the door which makes unloading luggage a breeze. Quiet environment, comfortable beds, the kids loved the toys 🧸. It was a 10/10 stay! :)
