Welcome to la Casita de todos! This home will be your home away from home, children-friendly, and spacious for the whole family! Dogs under 20 pounds are allowed with a 75 USD fee per pet. HEATED pool with a charge fee of $ 25 USD per day. BBQ grill has an extra charge of $40 USD (for the whole stay, including 1 propane gas and cleaning). Great cottage for 5, come stay! One bedroom with a adjustable com-fee queen bed, and a 19" flat screen TV. Loft 1 queen, 1 twin, don't bump your head. Located only minutes from Disney and Universal. Heated pool! Our place is completely updated, new furniture , appliances etc. we also have on property three other cottages Bitty Bungalow. Bitty Bliss, and the Bitty blossom. All are Smoke free, pet free.

We would recommend this place to all of our friends & family. The house was perfect for our family, it was clean, easy to get to & in a beautiful and quiet area. We felt very much at home & comfortable which was great after a busy day. The children in our party loved the themed rooms, super cute! Lindsay was very helpful and responsive which was greatly appreciated. We would be happy to return on our next trip to Florida! Thank you Lindsay!

Good price on this unit, pictures and description accurate. It was much more spacious than some of the other similar airbnbs Ive had recently. Kitchen functional, a few dishes and pots and pans, etc to use. Check in was easy, communication was good, everything seemed in order. In the description, Nancy does mention there will be some noise from others living on shared walls. While it didnt really bother me, there definitely is some noise at various times during the day, so just worth considering. I would stay at Nancys place again if I were in the area.

House is exactly as described and clean but don’t expect pristine! There are two or three pull outs that were not in the listing which was nice even though we didn’t need them. They also had a stroller, toddler bed and pool toys but I would bring something for the stairs if you have small children. Communication and the stay were great especially for the price and location.

The house and host were so great. We had plenty of room for our family. The drive to the Disney parks were seamless. The pool, hot tub and outdoor space were perfect! Elliott was very responsive, friendly and left great instructions! It was a trip for the books!

If you enjoy visiting Orlando as much as I do, it’s really important to stay at a private house with a private pool. Nothing beats a long day at Disney followed by jumping in a pool at 2 AM.
