Included with this property is a Community gym and volley ball court , there is also a community pool and private pool as well. Centralized location. Close to all dining places , 3 min from a Walmart , Lowe’s , Starbucks , Chipotle , five guys, Waffle House, Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Burger King, DQ, Chilis , Miller ale house and more.

Location of the home is five minutes to Posner Park great for shopping . Close to golf courses and theme parks. For protection and safety, I have cameras monitoring the front door and backyard excluding the pool area.
