Great convenient studio unit in the heart of the private Cuscowilla Resort. Located an hour and fifteen minutes from Atlanta and a perfect home base for a trip to Augusta in early April. The unit features 2 queen beds, a banquette/table, sitting area and kitchenette with sink, micro, mini-frig. The gated community offers walking trails, a dock behind the villa and lake access for our guests. If you need additional space, the first floor A/B units are listed on AirBnB as a 2bed/2bath option.

Located in the private gated community of Cuscowilla. The on-site restaurant and amenities are NOT available to renters. We, however, are surrounded with wonderful things to do and see. It has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a balcony over-looking the lake, laundry room, open floor plan, and access to the private community pool. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bathroom. Guest bedroom 1 has a queen bed and pull out couch, while Guest bedroom 2 has full-size bunks with a trundle and a twin. A full Jack and Jill bathroom connects the two guest bedrooms.
