Wow. One of the best air bnbs that we have ever stayed in. The place is even better than the photos. The outside space is private with an amazing view of the lake. Laglio was a perfect place for us, quiet and authentic. We took the bus and ferries to get around as we were without a car. As long as you are organised and ready for a busy bus it’s completely doable without a car. Nico’s food recommendations were all excellent. Our favourite place was the family butchers / cafe close to the apartment. We went there nearly every day for drinks, steak, meats and cheese. We also cooked some basic meals at the apartment which we recommend as it’s a lovely space. Nico and Wendy were amazing hosts, so helpful, responsive and accommodating. Thoroughly recommend this place and we are already looking at their other properties for another holiday! Book now ☺️

We only stayed for one night, but the location is breathtaking! The home itself has everything you need, and it's pretty cozy. Davide and Kerry were responsive and assistive whenever needed. We hoped to stay more to fully enjoy Como and this beautiful place. Probably for another time!

We stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved our time. The view was brilliant — truly one of the most beautiful we’ve seen. Andrea was a fantastic host — welcoming, thoughtful, and kind. He even surprised us with a bottle of wine, which was such a lovely touch. The hot tub experience was extraordinary and added so much to the stay. We also checked out a little late, and Andrea was kind enough to accommodate us without any hassle. I would highly recommend this place to anyone — it’s a perfect spot to relax and take in the beauty around. Thank you, Andrea!

Ivana is an amazing host; we arrived v late and she had baked us a cake and left milk and a couple of beers. She’s also left some bread; this was a relief as we arrived late Sunday and everywhere was closed. The cottage was v comfy, and the pillows/bed etc were perfect. The place was pristine, and it had a kettle/toaster. Marvellous place!

Amazing host and a breathtaking view. Too bad we couldn't use the pool due to cold windy weather but had an amazing time with family and kids. with only 10 min drive to local attractions and ferry. I would highly recommend this Michele and his property.

Eros and Daniel were the most incredible hosts. The house was beautiful, spotless, and felt like a true escape. Fresh towels and sheets, no bugs, and the private garden with lake views was absolutely stunning. We were walking distance to amazing restaurants, a market, a local bar, and a gelateria with some of the best gelato we’ve ever had. It was also an easy cab ride to Bellagio to catch the ferry to Tremezzo. Eros and Daniel went above and beyond for us. At one point we couldn’t figure out how to turn the stove off and they arrived within minutes to help. Their kindness and care made this one of the best stays we’ve ever had. We wish we could have stayed longer. This was a perfect experience in every way. 10 out of 10.

We had a truly unforgettable stay in a private and charming setting. We really appreciated the presence of the barbecue and sauna, which made the relaxation even more enjoyable. In addition, the accommodation was in impeccable condition: clean and cared for in every detail.

Cristian was very proactive, responsive, and professional. If you want to visit Lake Como I highly recommend this place. I will likely stay here again if I visit Como in the future. Beautiful views and a one of a kind terrace/rooftop to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks.

Wow! What a beautiful location! Claudio was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was squeaky clean and had a fantastic view of the lake. We will definitely be back. Personally I would recommend having a little car to get around as I imagine it would be a hard walk back up from the town once you’re full of pasta! Thank you so much Claudio.

I have been with my dog for the second time in this holiday season and we have enjoyed our time out again. The apartment is well equipped and the location is perfect for (your) senior dog ☺️

We had the pleasure of spending a few unforgettable days at Katie’s beautiful apartment in Ronco sopra Ascona. The view is absolutely breathtaking – Lake Maggiore stretches out at your feet, with Ascona and the Brissago Island in full view, framed by the surrounding mountains. The long hours of sunshine on the spacious terrace were a true highlight. The apartment is nice furnished, very well maintained, and offers plenty of space with its three bedrooms – ideal for families or small groups. Everything was clean and perfectly prepared – you can tell Katie is a thoughtful and caring host. The location is peaceful, yet just a short drive from Ascona and the lake. The combination of privacy, stunning views, and comfort makes this place a real gem. We’d love to come back – thank you, Katie!

Nice quiet place with magnificent views from terrace. It has exceeded our expectations. Location is ideal: the house is located right in the mountains so that you can enjoy the views and hikes nearby, and yet it's only 15 minutes to Chur where you can find wide variety of restaurants and shops. Manfred is very friendly host, he always responded to our questions in a short time and gave clear instructions.

This place is amazing! The quiet nights on the patio, or walking down to the lake to enjoy the lights in the castle with evening setting on Lake Como were so wonderfully relaxing. I would recommend to anyone wanting to escape the insanity of Varenna. Other pluses. Town parking pass for Dervio. Amazing breakfast waiting for the ferry there, full kitchen for spectacular sunset meals with the best view of the lake!

We absolutely loved this place. What more can I say that hasn’t been said? The view is outstanding. You’re very high up the mountain. One morning we there was low lying clouds above the lake … and we were looking down on it from above the clouds. Clean and contemporary design, with a comfortable bed. You’ll need a car! The garage is very tight, so rent a smaller car. And getting there from Varenna involves a drive up a narrow winding road. It was fun drive … for me, at least.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very peaceful and private. The highlight was the beautiful scenic views! There are many hikes close by with breathtaking sights. Andreas was very friendly and communicated very well during our stay.

Wow! We have fallen in love with Varenna! We are so happy that we booked Marco and Syliva's wonderful apartment who were very welcoming! A breathtaking (beyond words or photos) view awaits you in the apartment. Everything was as pictured and even better. The terrace outside was an extra bonus! Large and private with an incredible view of course. The beds were very, very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless - good size, all the amenities and the shower was very nice with good water pressure and hot water. The apartment is up the hill from the ferry and quiet and peaceful. A short walk (5 min) brings you into the main square of the town. Varenna is small, so everything is close. Restaurants amazing! Al Prato and il Cavatappi were great! The Monastery & Villa Capressi - gorgeous! We took a boat ride. We toured other amazing villas too. Plenty of room for me and my husband & our adult daughter. Awesome spot! Stayed here for one night for our honeymoon trip. Great view, easy access to great restaurants, beautiful area to walk around, and super friendly hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

This is my second time staying at Walter and Mariuccia’s place. I love their home because we really feel at our home. They are very kind and responsive hosts. Again, I love their surroundings. Mountains, rivers, cute cities close by. I highly recommend their place to stay and for sure I will go back again.

Just perfect! The place was super clean, tastefully decorated and very cozy. The bed with topper was incredibly comfortable – I rarely slept so well. Everything is at ground level, barrier-free and therefore also ideally suited for people with disabilities. Especially practical: the private, protected parking space right outside the door Host was extremely friendly and helpful The great guide folder with many personal tips, some of which I did not know despite five years of vacation on Lake Como, should be highlighted. The location is quiet, but easily accessible and easy to find. All around a great place to stay with attention to detail – I will definitely come back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Andrea’s place! It exceeded our expectations. Andrea was very responsive, helping us to navigate the area and European appliances :-)! We would love to stay again as our family had an amazing time!

What a beautiful property. Super clean and tidy with everything you could need. There is a lovely walk into Bellagio from the property. We really enjoyed staying here and the host is fantastic. Was immediately drawn to the charm of this place! Loved the location by the waterfall, bridge and boat landing. Loved the walk past the boat landing that had incredible views of the lake, the flavor and history of the town…I walked on the cobblestones all the way to the church. I recommend taking the hosts instructions on taking the bus from the train station to his place in Nesso. It was definitely fun to walk from the train station into Como downtown and eat lunch, but getting the bus from there to his place is very hectic and crazy. The buses fill up fast from there with all the Lakeside people! You will save time by walking back to the train station and getting the bus from there. We happened to be there on a holiday weekend the end of May and the buses were not reliable. And the lines were long. I recommend the boats, they are more reliable. But hint… when we went to Bellagio, they said to get in line a half an hour before your boat takes off..you need more time! At least 45.

We had an amazing experience staying at Alessia’s place. Alessia was very responsive and welcomed us when we arrived to her Airbnb. The place was very clean and had amazing views. Highly recommend
