100% recommended!!! A little tip: Make sure to take everything that you need with you, because the market is quite far. Now the review: First of all the host was very friendly and responsive. He promptly and kindly answered to all of our questions. The house was as in the pictures. Though the road to the village was a little difficult, but not impossible even for sedan models. And it was worth it. No other houses around, just the amazingly beautiful nature, only the sound of the birds. All of us enjoyed the stay. If I had chance I would stay there for months.

Отличный дом для того, чтобы отдохнуть с друзьями на выходных. Красивая, ухоженная территория, классный бассейн. Есть все необходимое: лежаки, зонтик, полотенца, посуда, оборудование для гриля. Ночью очень тихо, никакого гула машин, только звуки природы. Рядом есть магазин, но там только базовые продукты - если хотите чего-то особенного, рекомедую привозить с собой. Мы отлично провели время, спасибо!

The Lake House is located in a fantastic position overlooking Lake Sevan across the road. It is a decent sized accomodation. A mini market is a walk away or a few minutes by car. Great views and a very friendly and helpful host.

Me my family in total 12 people, had absolutely relaxing and comfortable stay and all amenities were provided. The host brother was in constant contact to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property.

This is a wonderful place! I wish I could live here. The swimming pool and gym are open every day (except Thursday for cleaning), and every Tuesday and Friday we can go to the Sauna or Hammam. We loved it so much that our 1-week stay became a 3-week stay! The location is great. The flat itself is very good, it contains everything you need, and it feels good to live in. There is a great view over Yerevan, the parliament and Ararat. I really want to come back here when we return to Yerevan!

Thanks a lot, we've been at this villa for a family reunion with people coming from 4 different countries. This calm and distant place surrounded with amazing mountains and caves was exactly what we needed to spend maximum time together. Hiking is just great. Lots of cutlery and dishes to cook delicious food to each other. A very nice big pool where kids spent half of the time, lots of recreation space, a huge garden with grapes and kiwi(!) growing there. The host was sooo helpful at any time of the day!

Harut and his wife were fantastic hosts. Plenty of room. The outdoor seating area by the grill is great. The sauna followed by a cold plunge in the pool at night was probably our favorite part. I would definitely come back again and stay here in the future. Highly recommended.

His dad’s humor and the family’s warmth made it feel like home. Easy check-in/out. Two shops nearby; Ijevan town is a quick, affordable taxi ride for anything else. A refreshing stay with calm and kind hosts. Ideal for travelers who value simplicity, nature, and genuine connections. I’d return in a heartbeat for the views and Nver’s dad’s jokes!

Ruben was so helpful during our stay, and even provided transport to Yerevan. He was very responsive and friendly, and the home was very spacious.

An absolutely magical stay! The cabin is nestled in the forest near the mountains, offering breathtaking views and a deep sense of peace. I especially loved spending time with the friendly dogs—they quickly became my companions and made the experience even more special.
