The penthouse was absolutely gorgeous. Everything was very high quality and it was squeaky clean. Everything was pristine. The host was very accommodating, helpful, and responsive. I would highly recommend this rental.

Very well-located apartment with everything our young family needed for a comfortable stay. The playground next door was a nice bonus. Not a ton of toys for kids (and no books) but there was enough to keep our kids occupied. Theo was very responsive and helpful when we had an issue with parking. Overall a great stay!

Beautiful place for adults and children. Very clean and spacious with many thoughtful details. Even though we didn’t have children with us, I have to point out how child friendly it is! Elena is a great host and this was a fantastic place to stay! Everything is very clean and comfortable and with the amenities it feels like someone could really live there full time. The neighbourhood is peaceful and not too far from the city centre via the Beaubien or Saint-Zotique bus. We would recommend Elena's apartment to anyone and will definitely stay there again!

This place is amazing, it had all of the amenities plus more. It was near old Montreal, so very accessible to explore the area. I can’t stress enough how much this place had to offer. All kinds of tea and coffee with all of the fixings for the morning. Over abundance of towels, blankets, pillows, and everything else you would need. It was in a close area for what we needed it as we went to a concert that was a three minute walk down the street. If I were to come back to Montreal, I would definitely stay here again. The host was very responsive and sent detailed instructions for check-in andcheck out.

Mendy was a great host- always responded to questions quickly and all the information for check-in was clear! The apartment was nice, we had 6 people in our party & we didn't feel crowded at all. The building is clean and only a 7 minute walk from the nearest metro station, so getting downtown was easily accessible. :)

We absolutely loved our stay! the place was beautiful and big, big and extremely child-friendly as we have a toddler with us. The amenities were fantastic, the beds were comfortable, parking was easy which in Montreal is hard. Our son loved the books and toys that were at the apartment and we really appreciated that we did not have to bring a crib, plates or cuttlery. We'll definitely be staying here again when we come back to Montreal.

We loved staying in the condo during our stay in Montreal. It was the perfect size for our group and had plenty of space for us. It looked just like the photos and I would say the furniture and finishes are nice than most rentals. Jason and Eric were great hosts and easy to connect with whenever we had questions.
