The house dates back to 1920 and has been fully renovated in 2014 with custom made design executed by local materials and artisans. The surroundings are quite rural with sheeps and horses at close distance. The lakes, a pristine bird sanctuary is one of the most beautiful and preserved landscapes in Europe.

Πολύ ωραίο το διαμέρισμα άνετο στην καλύτερη τοποθεσία της Καστοριάς ακριβώς μπροστά στη λίμνη και δίπλα σε όλα τα μαγαζιά.Ο Αντώνης άψογος ευγενικός πολυ φιλόξενος και μας έδωσε όλες τις πληροφορίες που χρειαζομασταν.Περασαμε πολυ ωραία

It was a lovely stay! The hosts get me from the bus to help me to get to the apartment. The apartment was clean and it felt like home. Very sweet hosts. No car needed to see Kastoria, you can go everywher by foot.

Είναι μια γλυκιά απλή και καθαρή σοφίτα σε πολύ καλό σημείο εάν θες να κάνεις τα πάντα με τα πόδια ! Οι ιδιοκτήτες πολύ φιλικοί με προτάσεις για το που θα φάμε τι να κάνουμε κλπ που μας βοηθήσαν αρκετά . Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι!

Leonidas’s apt was all that he said it would be including a spectacular view of the lake and the mountains from his spacious balcony.! he was available for any and all inquiries we had and most helpful in navigating a very early morning taxi to the airport for us..Since he lives downstairs, he was also very accessible. I would highly recommend this Airbnb in beautiful Kastoria!! THANK YOU LEONIDAS !

The apartment was spacious and very clean. We found everything to our liking and we were able to relax and rest. It was also very close to the lake, approximately 10 minutes walk with the kids. Parking our car was never an issue, even though we visited in Easter and there are a couple of churches nearby. Our host was there to welcome us and was always available when needed, just a phone-call away. I would totally recommend the place to anyone, especially families.

“Υπέροχη εμπειρία διαμονής!” Η διαμονή μας στο συγκεκριμένο Airbnb ήταν φανταστική! Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και πολύ πιο όμορφο από τις φωτογραφίες. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική, κοντά σε όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν, αλλά και ήσυχη για χαλάρωση. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλόξενος και διαθέσιμος για οποιαδήποτε απορία είχαμε, κάνοντας μας να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Ιδιαίτερα εκτιμήσαμε τις μικρές λεπτομέρειες, όπως το καλωσόρισμα με παραδοσιακά τοπικά προϊόντα. Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα αυτό το κατάλυμα και σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε στην επόμενη επίσκεψή μας στην περιοχή. Ευχαριστούμε για την υπέροχη φιλοξενία!

Tania has the best signs around her house to lead you in the last few steps. She sent pictures and coordinates so that Google maps let us straight to the parking spot. Unusual street on a hill, but quaint and very tranquil. We walked down the hill, maybe four minute walk to find a crêperie and excellent barbecue. Tonya kept in touch with us and was able to answer any of our questions. She even sent photographs of how to turn on the hot water heater and a picture of where to park.
