Lake houses in Lake Odessa

We were initially considering sharing the space with friends who were coming to town for the same event. While the listing says the house sleeps six, it wasn’t entirely clear what the sleeping arrangements would be, so we reached out to the hosts for clarification. They were responsive and helpful, and we learned that in order to accommodate six people, some would need to share beds, use a futon, or sleep in a bunk bed—all of which could work well for a family or a group comfortable with close quarters. There’s also just one bathroom, which was something to keep in mind for a larger group. In the end, we decided not to add extra guests, but the space was otherwise exactly what we needed. It’s a great spot, especially for a family looking to enjoy the lake and spend time together at the house.

My sister and I found the place easily. Angie sent us great directions on how to get to the place. Everything was great and exceeded our expectations. It was very clean. The view of the water is a great addition. There was 3 tvs so it was nice to be able to watch something different if I wanted. We would definitely stay again if and when we need to stay in the area again. Thanks for providing a nice safe place.

The house was beautiful, and the yard was perfect for our furry friend. Melissa communicated really well and when there was an issue with supplies, she quickly responded and took care of the missing item. So I would highly recommend that people stay at Melissa's place.

We loved the drive back to the house!! We saw families of deer crossing the lane!! The deck overlookimg the lake was beautiful and we watched the ducks and bevers!! Perfect place to get some much needed R&R!!

A wonderful lake house for my family. The house has everything you need. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking and there's lots of fun stuff for playing on the lake. Very comfortable inside and out. We had a great time!

Fantastic getaway for group of friends. Atmosphere and property was exactly what we needed and a good value. Very clean, updated, and had the amenities to make it a very enjoyable stay.

Jacob's place was spotless and right on the water. It worked perfectly for a guys ice fishing weekend. Jacob was very responsive and the house was exactly as described. Will be looking forward to booking this house many years to come for an annual tradition.

This stay was very nice. I’m an outdoor person and it definitely did not disappoint. We enjoyed the bonfire with family, even though it was cold we did use the kayak, and she had everything needed to grill out with my loved ones. It was in a peaceful, private location and neighbors were friendly. Beds were very comfy and clean! I made sure to pick up and leave it just how it was when we arrived. Thanks again! 😊

We stayed 2 nights and couldn't imagine more beautiful views. The cottage is perfectly decorated and has all the amenities you could hope for. We will be back!

Lovely apartment on beautiful Crystal Lake, and Bonnie is wonderful! All our needs were more than met. The apartment was well supplied, very clean and modern and comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here!

This was the third year my daughter and I stayed in the Grant area for spring Turkey season. This was by far the most comfortable and accommodating place we have stayed. From the full kitchen, comfortable beds and quiet setting, we could not have asked for more. Our host was friendly and very responsive to all of our inquiries. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Exactly as described. Had a comforting older home grandma feel. All the furniture was comfortable. Loved the recliners! Loved the foos ball, fireplace thingy in the basement, deck, outdoor fire pit and the wildlife! Had some frustration with the heating system. Theres a weird mix and match heating system with no written instructions on how to control the heating. There is no air conditioning at all which made for some discomfort on days it reached the 50s. Enjoyed our stay! Home was really clean! Love that bedding and furniture was not white!

Cute little place in a quiet neighborhood. House was clean and despite being small..lots of room for 6 people. Ample parking. Host was very responsive to texts.

From the very beginning when we made our reservation Eugenie was an amazing host. very warm and friendly. The house feels like staying at your own home. So warm and inviting. The view of the lake from the house is amazing . The pictures don't do it justice.

We were in town for our grandson's graduation from Grand Valley State. Everything was close by, and we didn't have any problems getting around. It was a lovely, renovated older home, and everything was top of the line. Beds were very comfortable, and linens were wonderful. We will definitely recommend John's place to family and friends that will be visiting the Grand Rapids area.

Iwas in town for work. this place was perfect small and perfect... could use a few options in cookware . but a good clean place. would be back

Great lake house for our multi-family gathering. Pontoon rental was perfect for fishing! We caught our limit of bluegill each day. Young and old especially loved the swinging in the great room looking into the lake. Power recliner and couch made watching TV relaxing. Girls loved painting rocks. And our 3 year old grandson was in love with cars and toys to play with.

The Cottage at Mann Lake is a wonderful place to stay. We have stayed here for many years in a row. It is our annual "ice fishing" trip, in which we don't always fish anymore since there is always fun to be had inside. Another great weekend spent at the cottage!

An amazing relaxing time in Fennville. We’re not strangers to the area but had not stayed in Fennville before. The house has everything you need and was perfect for my small family (me + husband + dog). We loved the back deck and enjoyed the hot tub too!
