Vacation rentals with a home theater in Lake Michigan

Stayed the weekend for C2E2 and was super easy to come and go, safe neighborhood, walkable groceries stores and gas stations, away from the busy city and extremely comfortable, felt right at home, we loved this place so much, great host

We had the pleasure of staying at Cream City Castle this past weekend while visiting our son at Marquette University, and it was absolutely fantastic. The home was spotless, spacious, tastefully decorated, and in a perfect location. Milwaukee is such a walkable city, and this spot is close to so many great amenities and sights. David and Kate were incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and kind—providing plenty of helpful information about the neighborhood and things to do nearby. If you're planning a trip to Milwaukee, this is the place to stay. We truly can’t say enough good things about this wonderful Airbnb, and we’ll definitely be staying here every time we visit.

During my long-term stay, each day neighbors were quiet. Private and free parking area. Washer and dryer at lowest level—courtesy quarters and laundry pods were provided; thank you! Mrs.Elizabeth went beyond measure with ensuring I was okay from the time I booked the service up until my last days there. She is attentive and overall, I was at ease to be in her space and also around her when needed. I’d think solo travelers would feel safe in the vicinity. Thank you to Mrs.Elizabeth to the staffing team. It’s been a pleasure. Will highly consider booking again.

STAY HERE - no regrets. The apt building was easy to find with a pull thru drive to unload luggage and a lobby for my family to wait in while I parked. Parking was affordable and close by using the app as suggested, many within a 10-minute walk. Getting the key was easy and the apartment was clean and tidy, exactly as described. The city view was stunning, you can see Lake Michigan and on a very gusty morning we could see the massive wave whitecaps from the window. Plenty of household items available from plates and cups to linens and soap. The building was well maintained, safe and the residents friendly. The amenities (pool, gym, bball court, *jacuzzi was not open yet) and the rooftop lounge and views were all great! Stephanie was attentive and touched base a few times to check in, but we didn't need anything! Location is walkable to much of the city-the Willis tower, Millenium Park and the Shedd Aquarium/Field Museum. Train is close too! Target is literally next door- so handy!

Let me just say, the pictures don’t do this cute, cozy place justice! I’m big on hospitality and customer service, and Johana and Akos were beyond accommodating and communicative. I would dare to say this is the most accommodating place I’ve experienced so far! The space has such a good energy and flow to it — cozy, inviting, and with a beautiful sunset view from the kitchen window that you can enjoy right from the living room sofa. The views are stunning, and the building itself is upscale, clean, and even smells great! I enjoy playing some of the games that were pervaded( Uno and Jenga) and I appreciated that the TVs had all the apps, HBO, Disney, prime, Netflix etc. It’s in a great location, and I felt very safe throughout my stay. The only con would be some city noise, but it didn’t bother me at all. There’s a nearby train that doesn’t pass often, and again, it wasn’t an issue for me. I would definitely recommend this place!!

Craig’s place was the perfect spot to spend a nice little 4 day weekend getaway at. He hosted me, my wife, 2 babies and 2 dogs. I am glad he allowed us to stay in his home due to us having an Akita and lots of ppl judge dogs by the breeds and he was more than welcome to have her there. Also very responsive and polite. Thanks again for a great place to stay!

Second time I have stayed with Ron and Judy. I always feel at home and so loved. They always look out for me and make sure I am ok and if I need anything. Even checked on my oil leak in my car I did not know I had. Their place is always beautiful and just like the pictures ( I think better than the pictures). You could not ask for a better host. Your Peaches will be back soon.

Felicia's rental unit is better than the photos! :) It is peaceful, calm, and in a picturesque part of Manistee. The unit has great windows: in the kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. There is so much great natural light that makes this place feel extra special and homey. Spacious and comfortable. Comfortable bed and furniture. Incredibly well-stocked kitchen. Relaxing bathtub. I stayed here for a long weekend as a solo traveler, and I can't wait to return for another stay. It would be a great place for a longer stay as well. Felicia was a proactive and gracious host. She thoughtfully provided pasta and sauce to cook (which I used!). She also let me park in the driveway during the snowy weekend, which was much appreciated. Lovely stay! Can't sing enough praises!

Generous and welcoming hosts of a house with plenty of room and space. Within a short walk to Lambeau/Resch Center and a great spot to convene both pre and post event for drinks without the worries of driving. Grill and kitchen worked great for having quality tailgate experience without the mess! Hosts were so easy to work with and get a hold of, highest regards

Beautiful home, spacious, with a very fun basement for a "movie night." The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the entire home was clean and tidy. Loved the stay and would be happy to be a return guest here!

My husband, myself & our 3 adult children planned a trip to Chicago to attend our nephew's wedding. Between the 5 of us we came in from four different states. Austin's place was so refreshing, welcoming & a GREAT location. It is close enough to the center of the city for great access but far enough out to be peaceful & quiet. The access to the airport was perfect seeing that we all didn't arrive or leave at the same time. Our family had an amazing weekend staying at such a great place...thank you Austin!!!!!

We stayed at this home for a group retreat and it was an excellent choice for a large gathering of friends. The space is beautifully maintained and comfortably fit our group, with a great mix of shared and private areas. Whether people wanted to hang out together or take time alone, there was room for both. The home looks even better in person than in photos. It’s clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for groups/large families. We especially appreciated the multiple common areas and the overall flow of the space—it never felt crowded, even with a full house. The remote location was peaceful and added to the sense of escape. That said, it’s important to plan ahead and bring everything you’ll need. Overall, we had a fantastic experience.

My family of three had a great stay. Our daughter had a hockey tournament at the Compton ice arena and Stephanie was so helpful. We even thought we’d have to extend our stay, so a bit of back and forth communication. She was there to help if we needed to stay longer or cut our time short. Loved her support. From when I booked the house to when I checked out. The house is adorable. Great attention to detail with their AirBnb. Every little detail was thought of which made our stay that much more enjoyable. Would 100% be back.

Full of amenities! We came for the MKE Half Marathon so the hot tub come in very handy. Everything was close by and we had the best time relaxing at the house. My personal favorite was early morning breakfast in the sun/ pool room. Will absolutely stay here again when we plan to come back. Thank you, Lilach!

We had a wonderful stay here. We are locals that needed a place to stay during some home renovations. We loved the location. We considered renting a place down by the lake but we chose to be close to all the shops and restaurants and we were very pleased with that decision. The Lake/beach is an easy and pretty walk. Juniper was very accommodating with our dog. We loved the layout and space. The table top shuffle board was a fun add. We highly recommend this place.

Well appointed place, convenient to everything in the area, responsive and accommodating hosts. Great value for a family ski weekend.

Holly communicated very well and answered questions very quickly. The home is beautiful and clean. Outside wild turkey and around 10 deer ran through to the valley below. It’s close to the shops and the lodge. We walked to dinner and drinks. I would definitely book again and would recommend this place and Holly!!! Had a wonderful stay at Harbor Cove! Condo was spacious, quiet and well equipped. Loved having access to the private beach and pool areas! Would love to return!

This place felt like home to us from the moment we walked in. The furniture is comfortable and so are the beds. Vicki was always responsive to any questions or concerns we had. This location is GREAT, especially if you don’t mind a two block walk to look out over Elkhart Lake. If we’re ever in need of a place in this area we will DEFINITELY contact Vicki about this place.
