A very pristine place to stay! The whole apartment is spotlessly clean, well-lit, and spacious for two people. The bathroom and the kitchen are both fully equipped. The host is very responsive and friendly.

This was our first time staying on Lake Como and this place did not disappoint. It was quiet and relaxing and to stay in a town away from all the hustle and bustle was so relaxing. Our hosts Alessandra and Roberto checked in on us pre check in and during our stay they made us feel at home! Would definitely come back again

Sehr gute Unterkunft. Alles wie beschrieben. Super Ausstattung, schöne ruhige Umgebung. Gute stets freundliche Kommunikation mit Sarah. Zur Lage bzw. Freizeitmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung kann ich nichts sagen, da wir zum Arbeiten da waren. Waren auf jeden Fall sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank!

Francesco’s home was perfect for us. On the map, it looks far from the city center, but walking half a block and taking a quick ride on the subway gets you to the heart of everything before you know it. Also on the same block is a huge Aldi supermarket with delicious food to bring back to Francesco’s well-furnished kitchen. We were at a low-energy point of a long trip, and scrapped our plans one day and just enjoyed staying home. This is a great place for anyone, and would be especially good for a family looking to enjoy several days in Milan.

Great apartment in a great neighborhood of Milan! It’s a nice neighborhood just outside the touristy area but still within a super short walk or metro ride. Host is very responsive and helpful

Really nice apartment with a great view and a shared swimming pool. Miki is a great host whom we coordinated check-in & -out accordingly. As she lives in the apartment complex, too, she's easy to reach.

Die Wohnung war echt super! Erstmal liegt sie genau zwischen zwei Bushaltestellen, welche einmal in die Innenstadt und in die Altstadt führen und ein Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Falls man keine Lust hat den Bus zu nehmen kann man auch gut laufen oder sich einen E-Scooter ausleihen, wo eine Parkmöglichkeit 200m von der Wohnung gegeben ist. Die Wohnung ist rundum ausgestattet und sehr modern eingerichtet. Auch Bad und Küche sind mit allem nötigen ausgestattet, sodass man eigentlich kaum was mitbringen muss. Zudem ist der Vermieter Riccardo sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, er antwortet immer innerhalb von 10 Minuten und war auch flexibel als wir schon eine halbe Stunde vor dem eigentlichen Check-In da waren. Zudem hat er uns alles genausten erklärt und freundlicherweise sogar mehrere Empfehlungen für Bergamo gegeben, welche uns auch auf unseren Trip sehr weitergeholfen haben. Alles in allem war die Wohnung und auch der Vermieter dahinter sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder

Manuela ci ha fatti sentire subito a nostro agio accogliendoci nella sua casetta vista lago, in una zona silenziosa e tranquilla, con un ampio spazio all'aperto in cui far correre e giocare il nostro cane. Casa molto carina e calda, dotata di tutti i comfort e vicina alle principali attrazioni del Lago d'Orta.

It was such an amazing experience, the view from the house was incredible, outstanding, beautiful, mesmerising view, we could not have enough of the view from the balcony of the house. Only one thing which we didn’t know was not being able to use the fireplace. We found out there, that Italian law doesn’t allow the usage of the fireplace. Virginia was the one dealing with us all the time through the chat. Answered all the questions we had. She was so prompt and punctual on any questions we had. Never met the host Francesco but that was not an issue. We were instructed and helped throughout our stay in Luino Italy. We definitely suggest to visit the place and stay in the cosy house we stayed in. Punctual and prompt host if we ever go again in Luino we will use it again the same host. Thank you so much for everything Virginia and Francesco.

Tranquillità, relax tanto verde nel curatissimo guardino con tante chicche e curiosità in una location indipendente ma cullati da ambiente dolcemente familiare e di appartenenza .. Amazing

Wir haben den kurzen Urlaub bei Maruska sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung im Inserat. Die Kommunikation mit Maruska war sehr gut. Ihr Frühstück wurde sehr liebevoll und grosszügig zubereitet. Wir kommen gerne wieder Danke Maruska für die Gastfreundschaft

Tolles Rustico mit einem Traumgarten, in den wir uns direkt verliebt haben. Das Apparment selber liegt innerhalb der Anlage sehr ruhig und privat. Alles war extrem sauber und sehr gut gepflegt. Die Lage innerhalb von Verbania ist hervorragend; von hier aus ist der Hafen in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt gehabt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Le logement est conforme à la description et très propre, dans un environnement calme. Nous avons échangé tout au long de notre séjour avec Donatella, la maman d'Alberto, qui s'est montrée très disponible, à l'écoute de nos besoins et pleine de gentilles attentions. De plus, Donatella nous a donné de bonnes adresses où nous restaurer ! Bref, un logement à recommander les yeux fermés pour la qualité des prestations, mais aussi la gentillesse et la disponibilité des hôtes. En outre, la région est magnifique. Beaucoup d'activités à accessible rapidement en voiture (indispensable).

Wir haben Fabio leider nicht persönlich kennengelernt, da er arbeitsbedingt unterwegs war. Was aber nicht schlimm war, weil er uns alles telefonisch ausführlich mitgeteilt hatte. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, Lage ist auch wunderbar. Die Bilder entsprechen die Wahrheit. An 2 Tagen war das Wetter kalt und windig, die Wohnung etwa warm zu bekommen war nicht einfach. Aber nicht schlimm.

Perfekte Unterkunft in Cernobbio, etwas außerhalb gelegen, aber die Unterkunft ist super schön und sauber! Eine klare Empfehlung.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich schön, vor allem die Terrasse und man ist in 10 Minuten in Como, das ist echt unschlagbar. In der Nähe gibt es einen großen Supermarkt und auch einige Restaurants. Man kann gut vor Ort parken und die Gastgeber sind wirklich sehr nett.

Eccellente esperienza!!! Isabella, super atenta. Da prima di arrivare era preoccupata per tutto! Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. L’appartamento é bellissimo, vicino alla metropolitana, ristoranti, supermercati, ecc. Comodissimo. Consigliato al 100%

La casa è comodo e confortevole, la cucina attrezzata di quanto può servire per un breve soggiorno. Anceh la posizione è molto comoda, in una zona residenziale a pochi minuti dalla fermata della metropolitana. Raccomandato.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet non tourist area but only 3 minutes on the train into Lake Como area.Really great host who was so helpful.I would definitely stay here again but jump on the train to the lake for the tourist experience although we loved the peace of Borghi.The apartment is spotless and it was great having the supermarket across the road which has a lovely clothes shop and a chemist all in one place .The train station is five minutes away and buses are frequent to take you anywhere .

appartement très sympathique avec tout le nécessaire. Logement propre et lumineux, le petit balcon est un plus très appréciable. Hôte très sympathique, accueillant, et donnant des petits conseils sur les environs. Petit supermarché, restaurants à proximité (5minutes à pied) dont la pizzeria di Michele (fréquentée par les locaux, habitués). accès très facile et rapide au métro, tramway et bus pour accéder facilement au centre ville. Possibilité d'aller à pied au stade San Siro.

Very pleasant stay. Daniela is a very nice and friendly host. Communication was perfect, the appartment was very nice and clean, everything as described. Check in and checkout very easy. We enjoyed the stay and will come back if we are in the area again
