The apartment is situated in a prominent position overlooking Lake Maggiore and the historic village of Belgirate, within a small and peaceful residential complex. It is one of the few properties in the area with a swimming pool (shared among a few units, open from June 1 to September 30). Just a few minutes’ walk away, you can reach the lake and the town center, where you will find all the main amenities: a convenience store, cafés, restaurants, a pharmacy, a tobacco shop, and a newsstand.
