Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Lake Macquarie City Council

This was the second time we stayed at Naomi’s place and it was just as good as the first time round. Naomi was also very responsive and helpful when our travel plans needed changing at the last minute. We’ll be back again.

It’s an absolutely lovely place to stay! The hosts are incredibly nice and friendly, we felt so welcomed throughout our stay.This road trip has truly been unforgettable, and I swear this is the cleanest and warmest place I’ve ever stayed in! They have impeccable taste in decoration, and the house itself feels like it came straight out of a French movie , it’s exactly the kind of dream home I’ve always imagined. They were also so generous, providing us with fresh fruit and snacks — we were genuinely flattered to be their guests. If I could give this Airbnb 10 stars, I would. Words can’t describe how amazing this experience was. It is Soooooo good!!👍

Mal's place is in a really lovely location overlooking the lake and convenient to ammenities. Its perfectly fitted out for a couple or small family. Mal has thought of everything to make your stay very pleasant. If you are bringing a boat you can just park over the road in the boat ramp car park. Perfect.

The apartment was lovely, fresh and clean. It was a pleasure to open the door and see a lovely apartment with new finishes. The location was perfect and a short walk to the beach and other walking tracks. It had everything we needed and more, Gerard left a few treats for us as well, including chips, chocolate and wine! We could not have asked for anything more. Thankyou for a lovely experience!

We were so impressed with John’s airbnb! It was very spacious, clean and had great views. It was perfect for our stay and we will definitely be back!

Steve was a wonderful host! The apartment was beautiful and very well located (just a short walk from the beach). Steve was a very accommodating host and met us during our check in to discuss the local area and instructions to get into the apartment. The local area and small businesses were also amazing! I would recommend this stay and would return.

Beautiful and spacious home that had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. Great communication and received all the information we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend this property for families and friends wanting to enjoy a weekend by the beach!

10/10 would stay again at Amy’s, it was nice and cozy. Exactly what we needed for the big weekend we had in Newcastle. Will 100% book again if available next time we’re in town ☺️ Nice and cold aircon, washer and dryer, and comfortable bedding.

My partner and I, and our 3 kids (between 5 and 8) had a great time! The house has a hot-water outdoor shower to get properly clean after a day at the beach. You can watch the beautiful sunrise across the ocean from the large living room windows. The kitchen has PLENTY of cooking utensils and crockery. TV has all the apps. The ping pong table downstairs was also worth it. It's useful to know that three of the 4 bedrooms are downstairs, and one queen bedroom is upstairs where the rest of the action is. The front balcony is nice and spacious, and the deck out to the back is HUGE! The location is extremely quiet, you can hear the waves on the beach. It takes about 3-5 minutes walk to get to the beach, it's very, very close.

The house was lovely in a peaceful location. We were a five minute walk away from the water and a 5 min drive to the local restaurants and cafes. Bruce was very responsive to help us out and we really enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic stay! Great spot for a weekend get together with friends. Lovely kitchen and open plan lounge area, with an amazing hot tub. Greg was super responsive and helpful, thanks for a wonderful stay!

We had an amazing stay at Craig and Veronica's place. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The house was also very close to the lake, so we enjoyed lovely walks by the water with our dogs. The family also had a great time kayaking on the beautiful lake, which was easily accessible. The hosts were always quick to respond. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

How's the serenity? We had a relaxing family holiday and enjoyed the lakeside location, watching the birds in the gums and the mullet jumping at sunset. Annette gave great local advice and we made the most of the kayaks and caught some nice bream from the deck. The warm welcome complete with considerate treats and fresh flowers was the icing on the cake!

Del's house was very clean and well prepared. Del was extremely helpful with instructions and clarifying an issue we had. House was well lit outside, covered parking and great instructions to gain entry. Everything inside was as described. Very happy to recommend and would stay here again.

Perfect for a weekend or even long term getaway. Location was great, right in the heart of the city, 5-mins walk to a couple local pubs, cafes and convenience stores and 15-mins walk to beach and light rail interchange. Also noticed quite a few buses with different bus routes around the area as well. Check in was a breeze and not that I had any issues but Mel was quick to reply once I had advised check in and check out. The place itself was fantastic, ducted air con throughout, 2 very big comfy beds, large lounge area and huge dining area with a kitchen that had what you need to cook for a large group of people, if you wished. Having access to a washing machine and dryer is always a plus, esp. when there’s a 2nd toilet and the bathroom was clean as well. Would definitely look to stay there again if going back up to Newcastle.

The view from the balcony took our breath away. Really comfy beds & so peaceful at night. Quite walk from the pool, but good to get in & refresh yourself Nice clear instructions all over the apartment & few additional toiletries if needed. Maybe a bbq would have been a nice feature

The apartment and the amenities are outstanding. We returned here because we had to extend staying away from our house because of renovations. This was our first choice and u cannot recommend it enough. What really does need highlighted is how much of an outstanding history Connie is. She was so understanding, compassionate, super friendly and flexible. She deserves 10 stars.

Definitely recommend staying here, we will be rebooking in the future
