Please be aware your luggage needs to be carried from your car park at the top of the hill, down approximately a 100m grassed hill, then back up again. Our beautiful French style apartment is located on the second story or our home. It is sunny, spacious and comfortable with all you need for a long or short stay. Access is private and you have sole use of the apartment. Situated near Hunter Valley with its many wineries and the Hunter Gardens, Blackbutt Reserve, Watagan Mountains, Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, and Avondale University (all within a 3 to 40 minute drive). No cleaning fee.

This 2 bedroom cottage is a true holiday house. With beautiful views of the lake and beaches which allow the family pet within a five minute drive, water activities for all are a must. The property has a garage and plenty of room to park your boat. Pets are catered for with a large fully fenced grassed backyard. Please note I do charge $10 per pet per night refer to house rules.
