Welcome to Holland! Built in 1881, the home is a classic 3 bd/2 ba + lg bonus room, on a tree-lined street in downtown Holland, next to Kollen Park and Lake Macatawa. The home gets excellent natural light and offers gorgeous lake + park views from multiple rooms in the house & outside deck. Updated on both levels including kitchen, living room, furniture, appliances, w/ the original hardwood floors refinished. We are easy walking distance to downtown + the 8th St. Farmers Market on Saturdays.

On The Bay is nestled within a quaint neighborhood of 100 year old lake cottages and million dollar homes. See my photo of the terrific playground right across the street. Downtown Holland is only 2 1/2 miles East where you will find trendy clothing stores, restaurants and pubs. The finest of beaches are nearby with trails at Felt Mansion near Saugatuck State Park and Sanctuary Woods County Park. Bedroom 1 is a queen bed, 2 a bunk bed, full bottom/twin top. see pics. Will work for 1 to 5 guests. Great for families, a couple, small group or in town working. We have a basement apartment with a Private Entrance! BR with 1 queen bed, and 1 twin bed. Welcome! This charming little house is a repurposed chicken coop on the farm. Enjoy the quiet, country life with all the comforts from home. The Coop is located between the main house and the large barn on a small hobby farm. This is a working farm with large and small animals, however, there are no hens in the guest house! During your stay, you are welcome to wander through the barn and visit all the animals. We do not have a TV, however, the internet works great!

Completely remodeled, cottage with Lake Macatawa views in Holland MI. This cottage has plenty of indoor and outdoor living spaces. There is a second story porch where you can relax and watch the boats float by, and the lower level offers a large screened in porch, as well as a deck, grilling area with grill, and large firepit. Indoors offers a full kitchen, dining room, living room, 4 private bedrooms and two full baths. The place is surrounded by summer fun!
