Lake side house rentals in Lake Kissimmee

This was the most amazing trip we’ve taken to date and having a great place to rest our heads was super important. The apartment had everything we needed and even extras! Cheryl was an amazing hostess from her quick response time to helping me create a birthday surprise for my fiance. Her and Tod were delightful the few times we saw each other. They have a stack of menus for local businesses in the nightstand which helped us find our new favorite place for when we stay again! The apartment was neat, clean and despite it being Florida, we didn’t see any buggies inside. The outside portion had so many nice places to sit, we loved every second of enjoying the outdoors in the various sitting areas. We just had an amazing time and we can’t wait to stay again. The space is beautiful and i don’t know if i can say enough to really explain just how much we enjoyed it. Thank you for sharing this space Cheryl and Tod!

Perfect spot for our family while visiting Legoland! Clean and comfortable amenities (full kitchen, A/C, washer/dryer) with convenient parking, and a nice porch. Will definitely come back!

I had a very pleasant stay here. The house was well accommodated. The dock is very peaceful. I did a little fishing right from the seawall. Great place to bring a family.

We loved our stay at Nena’s place. It’s cozy and has everything you could need for a short or extended stay. We were impressed at the attention to detail- extra towels, toiletries, and even some local restaurants posted in the kitchen for deliveries. There’s a general store right on the corner that is super convenient.

Great location! Wonderful house and in a perfect spot! The listing says it sleeps 6 but there are only two beds and all the couches are love seats that don’t pull out. So unless you’re sleeping 3 to a bed or have 2 children or dwarves, it sleeps 4. I could be wrong, but I sent messages to the host that weren’t responded to. Otherwise, we would definitely stay again!

Perfect place for four, as my wife and I were there with our son and his girlfriend for one of their friends' weddings - at Bella Cosa (beautiful wedding venue right in Lake Wales)! Had a fantastic weekend. Accommodations were very comfortable, in a central location close to other amenities, but also nice and quiet and private with incredible views and sunsets!

John's place is perfect for short or longer stay. It's exceptionally well equipped for any kind of needs. Clean and very peaceful. We had cooler night and didn't use the air conditioner which is a bit noisy. Nice upper deck to enjoy the view and your company. There are alligators!

Can't say enough great things about Jonathan and his place! We loved staying there, felt right at home, we were there with 5 kids and there was always something fun for them to do, swimming in the pool and hot tub, s'mores by the fire, pool, air hockey, pacman was a hit, basketball, and lots of games, books and movies to choose from. There was plenty of space to spread out and feel comfortable and Jonathan added so many thoughtful touches to our stay - greeting us with an Apple Pie on the kitchen counter, a bowl of chocolates in the entry way and plenty of coffee. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, there were plenty of towels for showers and swimming, life jackets were supplied. The kids said they wanted to move there : ). Need I say more? haha

Absolutely magical! This was my second stay and it was just as wonderful as the first time. It truly feels like a week at Hogwarts. Alex and Sofi were always responsive and helpful hosts. Would return again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay. My wife described it as one of the cutest cottages she has seen. The house has a very nice view of the lake from the front porch, we highly recommend it.

What a great experience! The house was lovely, exactly as described, and so comfortable that I could not wait to get back to it at the end of the day - extremely clean and well-appointed, and each time we opened up a cabinet, we'd find more thoughtful details to make the stay stressfree and enjoyable. Every need was thought of, with great labeling of all the cabinets in the kitchen and what they contained - there was nothing we needed that wasn't already there. Sharon was an excellent host, very clear instructions and responsive to any questions we had. While we reserved this home so that we could attend the Sun n Fun Aerospace Expo in Lakeland, I'd gladly re-book this home for a week just to stay there and enjoy exploring Winter Haven. I can't recommend this home highly enough!

The home was very clean and comfortable. The house was as advertised. Enjoyed our stay.

Very accommodating of our request and always there to answer questions. Loved our time there and only wish we could have stayed longer. Even though we are local, will definitely be back again for some time away from home. Very much worth it. Great space for travelers with dogs.

We have fished out of Cutty Shack multiple times. I would discourage mid October bookings because it might affect our trip next year. :) Thanks, Kristen, see y’all next year. Another great trip to the Kissimmee Chain.

The house is brilliant. We had 11 adults and a 5 month old baby. We all flew in at different times, to different airports but access was easy for everyone. we had been given the details by the host prior to our arrival. Susan is a great host, very communicative but not intrusive. Every detail was taken care of. Passes at the gate, information about the activities and much more. I would highly recommend this AirBnB to anyone. Having a large family, it was great for space but also playing games and spending time together. We had family visit, who live in Florida, which was also easy. Susan was very helpful when my father in law couldnt be located, after visiting us. Thank you Susan, we will be back

We stayed for 7 days at this lovely townhouse and had a fantastic time. The location was ideal—just a short drive from Disney and other major attractions. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which was great for relaxing after busy days out. The townhouse was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and having a washer and dryer was super convenient. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the air conditioning kept the whole place cool and comfortable. The kids especially loved the community pool.

We cannot say enough about how much we loved our stay during this winter. For the second year we have enjoyed a wonderful, clean, peaceful stay at this fantastic condo. There is nothing to complain about. Ana has been a very responsive and helpful host and everything was just perfect and was truly a comfortable “home sweet home”. We will surely stay at Ana’s condo again and again in the years to come.

The home was beautiful. It was clean and very well equipped with all your basic needs & essentials. It was a central location close to shopping area and theme parks Adanel was very responsive to any of my questions and needs during my stay.

Laura’s place was the perfect spot for our Disney vacation. Close enough to be parks but just far enough that it didn’t feel so busy all the time.

This beautiful home worked well for our family…4 couples and 3 small children. Pool and hot tub were great and clean! The house was large and we had a ton of fun! The host was super responsive every time we sent a message. We would definitely come back to this house and would highly recommend it!
