On the very spot where there used to stand an old farmhouse, a new house was built in the traditional local architectural style with wooden balconies and a stone façade. The holiday flat has been furnished with everything that is needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The Soca valley offers you unique opportunities to explore the natural and cultural heritage of the Tolminska region. Apart from several museums, there are well maintained trails leading to places of cultural interest and energy spots. All those seeking adrenaline thrills can choose from a wide range offered in the region. The LOM holiday flat is also an ideal place to stay for hunters, fishermen and bikers. During the summer, visitors can enjoy the local festivals catering for a variety of musical and culinary tastes.

The house is small but the shower and bed are large. Inside, you will find a double bed, a refrigerator, an electric moka coffee pot, a toaster, a microwave, a kettle and coffee, snacks, bread for toast, and jams. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a sink, and an integrated toilet-bidet unit. The address is Via delle Betulle Valbruna, within the Valbruna mini-golf complex. You can park on the street . In winter, if you arrive late, let me know so we can turn up the heating first. The tourist tax is €1.50 per person per day, payable in cash.

The small holiday cottage is located at the foot of the Singerberg (hike about 1 h) in the small mountain village of Windisch Bleiberg in the middle of the Karavanke mountains at 900 meters above sea level. The house is situated in a very quiet location and yet in the middle of the Alpe-Adria area. 1.5 hours drive to the Slovenian coast of Istria, 50 minutes to the capital of Slovenia, Ljubljana and not to forget the many Carinthian lakes in the immediate vicinity. The cottage is only equipped for 2 people and max. 1 pet (!no children)

Our house, located in the wild nature of Triglav National Park, is surrounded by a forest and beautiful mountains. Just under the house you can explore amazing water grove and a waterfall, which is known as energy point. In the valley you can enjoy the beauty of emerald green Soča gorge and if you're brave enough, you can jump right in. The house is a great starting point for many hiking trips. The most popular is certainly the hike to a beautiful glacial lake Krn, under the top of mountain Krn.

Imagine peace & quiet, 100 metres from the road up a stone track, no immediate neighbours. (Owner lives onsite in the attic of house, separate entrance). Seating areas around the house offer different beautiful views Morning sunrise, shaded south seating; but sunny in winter! Lunch/ dinner table west facing shaded by old pear tree. Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

Welcome to your new home, 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom house - Vila Grad Bled :) Close to everything, but in peacefully area. It will take you 3 minutes walk to old center of Bled, 6 minutes walk to lake Bled, a few minutes walk to Bled castle. There are some bikes free of charge to get to Bled's favourite attractions even faster and more enjoyable :) (bikes are not new) In front of house are 3 parking spaces.. Just cross the road and there is a big kids playground, you can watch them from house :)

Our house is located in Triglav National Park at the edge of a little village on the hillside of Pokljuka plateau, with beautiful views on the Bohinj valley. The house is comfortably equipped in rustic style and offers peaceful accommodation in pure nature. There are many possibilities for pleasant walks around the village. Nearby are many starting points for hikes in the beautiful mountains of Julian Alps. It is also close to turistic centers of Bohinj (10 km) and Bled (25 km).

The house is located in Valbruna, a small and quiet village in the Valcanale, close to the Julian Alps. It is a short walk from the center of the village and is a strategic starting point for the naturalistic and historical excursions that Val Saisera offers. In the village, there is a grocery store for basic necessities, a few hundred meters from the house. A supermarket is 4 kilometers towards Tarvisio. One km from Valbruna are the accesses to the AlpeAdria cycle path.
