Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Lake İznik

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Hersey cok güzeldi, Atakan bey ulasilabilir, kibar ve yardimci bir insan. Evin kendisi güzel, bahcesi de harika. ihlamurlar altinda oturmak cok güzeldi.

We had such a great time staying at this villa! It was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The view was incredible. But honestly, what made the experience even better was our host, Fatih. He was so friendly and welcoming from the start, and always made sure we were comfortable. Anytime we had a question or needed help, he was just a message away and happy to assist. You can really tell he cares about his guests. Would absolutely recommend staying here—huge thanks to Fatih for being such a great host!

Ayşe hanım güzler yüzü ve samimiyetiyle bizi karşıladı. Konum bilgisi sayesinde rahatça evi bulduk. Yavru kedileri çok tatlıydı. Onların sayesinde ne yılan, ne böcek, ne başka bir şeyle karşılaşmadık. Stresimizi aldılar resmen, oğlum Anıl için bulunmaz bir fırsat oldu. Evde her şey düşünülmüş ve tertemizdi. Sakin ve kafa dinlemelik bir ev olmasına rağmen konforunuzdan ödün vermiyorsunuz! Mutfak gereçleri, bulaşık deterjanına kadar düşünülmüştü. Daha önce de farklı evlerde konakladık ama bu kadar düzenli ve temiz bir yerde kalmadık diyebilirim. Evde bilgi notlarına kadar ihtiyacımız olabilecek her şey vardı. Tek eksik, montlarımızı asacak bir askılık bulamayışımız oldu. Bahçe, mangal, veranda, keyfimiz güzeldi, üstelik ev daima sıcacıktı. Yeniden gelmek isteriz. Aracınızı da güvenle park edebileceğiniz bariyerli bir park alanı da mevcut! Kuş sesleriyle ve mis gibi çiçek kokularıyla uyandık, temiz havada uyuduk rahat yataklarda! Havuzu kullanma amacımız olmadığı için ısıtmayı istemedik.

Arkadaş grubu konaklamamızda beklentilerimizin üstünde yakından ilgi ve kendimizi evimizde hissettiğimiz tertemiz, tüm imkanların sağlandığı harika bir ev ile karşılaştık.

Ahmet beyin ilgi alakası kesinlikle üst düzeyde oldu. Evin konumu gerçekten İstanbul da bulabileceğiniz en iyi yerlerden olabilir. Tertemiz bir ev harika bi bahçe keyfi oldu bize. Yine tercih edeceğiz kesinlikle

3 gece konaklama yaptık. Temizlik hijyen herşey dört dörtlüktü. Havuz sıcaklığı olsun evin imkanları olsun herşey kusursuzdu. Barış bey tüm sorulara anında dönüş yaptı ve sorunsuz bir tatil geçirmemize fırsat sağladı. Konaklamak için düşünenlere kesinlikle tavsiye ederim:)

Harika bir konaklama gerçekleştirdik. Fotoğrafta görünen herşeyin fazlası var eksiği yok. En çok beğendiğim yönü ev tertemizdi. Sanki ilk biz kaliyormuşuz gibiydi. Konumu güzeldi. 6 kişi konakladık. Evde ihtiyaç duyacağıniz herşey var. Etinizi salata malzemelerinizi almanız yeterli. ısıtmalı havuz sayesinde gece gündüz havuza girdik. Emine Hanım çok ilgili alakaliydi. Hiç bir problem yaşamadık. Tavsiye ederim.

Tugkan is very responsive and friendly. he was always there to help us and give us jnstructions. pros: nice apartement, with all the amenities that work perfectely. kitchen is well equiped for cooking for 6 7 people and washing mashine and dish washing machines are making everything very easy. Tugkan himself is very responsive and helpful. cons: the public transportation access is really bad. so before booking, bear in mind that you may use a lot of taxis and ubers and plan for it. The streets that lead to the apartment are extremely steep, making it hard to access any public transportation. Overall it worth the money, it is reletively cheap for 7 people.

I stayed here for 6 weeks while I worked at a hospital nearby. The place is in a great location, with lots of cafes restaurants nearby. The house itself although quite small is lovely, cosy and clean. The view is amazing and the home was very well equipped for short term stays. I also felt very safe staying there as a solo female, security was great. Mehmet Selim was also very attentive and responsive. 10/10

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, bei der ein Blick über die Stadt auf der großen Dachterrasse möglich und grandios war. Zudem eine belebte Gegend in Fußnähe. Das Apartment war ausgesprochen sauber.

Apartment was clean modern and looked like the photos. The host was really responsive and helpful. Being able to park in the garage was a plus

Great location, in the heart of old town Balat. Close to all the area has to offer, the apartment is very comfortable and well equipped with the bonus of access to the rooftop terrace - great for breakfast and pre-dinner drinks. Easy walking distance to ferry, tram and bus. Local advice from Sencen much appreciated. Local cafe’s and restaurants, shoe repair and transport options. Overall a 5 star stay !!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Istanbul. L'appartement est idéalement placé, dans un quartier calme et sympathique, et très proche du quartier Sultanamet, idéal donc pour les visites. La terrasse de l'appartement est un plus pour se détendre après une journée de marche. Un grand merci à Ali pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et son sourire !

We had a very nice stay. Volkan replied immediately, gave clear self check-in instructions, and there was always 'staff' nearby who could come to the apartment within 15 minutes if we needed help. When our toilet didn’t flush upon arrival, someone came to fix it right away. When our toilet paper was almost finished, we received new rolls. The apartment is brighter than it appears in the photos, thanks to two street-facing windows. I had feared it would be too dark, but that wasn’t the case. The location (New European Quarter) is great—close to Galata Tower, Taksim Square (full of restaurants and shops), and fancy hotels like the Pera Palace, where Agatha Christie wrote Murder on the Orient Express. Do note that the area is noisy both day and night, and the flat is not well insulated against sound. Streetlights prevent full darkness, even with curtains. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs and a sleep mask. Bus, metro and train stops are 3-10 min away—leading to the 'Old city'.

Çınar’s place is the Galata area, very convenient for visiting Istanbul. We loved the location. When we arrived, we ran into the host at the entrance and he ended up checking us in personally. He was very friendly and welcoming. The place is like the photos and large for 2 of us. It was clean and comfortable. The view from the roof top terrace is excellent. While it is near the Galata tower, it is quite quiet, while there are a lot of restaurants and shops within minutes of walking. I think it is a very good place to stay when visiting Istanbul, highly recommended. Be prepared to walk uphill and walk up the stairs. There can be a lot in the area and the apartment is on the top floors too. However, it is worth it.

2 gece konaklama yaptım. Havuz ısıtması, evin genel temizliği, evin büyüklüğü gayet güzeldi. Çok güleryüzlü karşılandım. Çevreyle ilgili gerekli bilgiler de verildi. Bir daha gidersem yine buraya giderim…

tertemizdi kendi evinde yemişsin gibi hissediyorsun her şeyi her detayına kadar düşünülmüş bardağı çanağı şekeri kahvesi yani her şeyi tamamen var almanız gereken hiçbir şey yok ve her yer tertemiz bir sıkıntı olduğunda hemen dönüş yapıyorlar yardımcı oluyorlar 10 dakika yürüme mesafesinde çok büyük market var taksiyle inebileceğin yakınlıkta göl her şey çok güzeldi

Sabahları kuş sesleri ile uyanmak harika bir duygu, bize çok iyi geldi. havası olsun, jakuzili rahatlamak olsun, bir kamp ateşi yapmak olsun bir çok rahatlatıcı aktivite ile kısa tatiline değer katan bir yer oldu. Kenan Bey'in harika cana yakın, yardımsever ev sahipliği bu tatilimizi daha da anlamlandirdi.

İhtiyaç duyulabilecek her şey düşünülmüş, konum olarak oldukça güzel bir muhit ve manzarası mutlaka fotoğraflara eklenmeli. Oldukça eğlenceli ve güzel bir mekandı her şey için teşekkürler. Ev sahibi her konuda geri dönüş sağladı. Tavsiye ederim.
