Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Lake Inari

The accommodation is on the heights of Saariselka, very easy to reach by car. The space is well functional. We particularly enjoyed the stove, the beautiful sauna and the sheltered car space. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable. Enjoy your stay.

Great house close to the Ivalo centre with all amenities within short walk. Host was very helpfull, friendly, easygoing with quick replies to all questions. We stayed there for nearly a month. For such a long stay is house fully equipped and you will find there everything what is needed. Can only highly recommend it.

We (three generations) spent wonderful days in Tuija's house! The house with its surroundings is an oasis! We were immediately enchanted by the extremely lovingly furnished and decorated house! Even nicer than expected. Very comfortable beds! Super amenities throughout. A very nice campfire place from which we could see northern lights on some evenings!! What a fortune! Tuija brought us grill plates so we could enjoy our food by the campfire! In addition, winter clothing (thermal suits + snow boots) was provided in all sizes! There were also snowshoes and sleds. In the house, a wonderful fireplace provided additional warmth and coziness! We also used the sauna and the beautiful bathtub a lot. Overall, a dream to spend a vacation in Tuija's house, we didn't want to leave...

We loved our stay at Jyrkis beautiful villa. It had everything one could wish for - sauna, hotpot, ice for bathing, equipment for snowhiking and cross country skiing. We were lucky enough to see the northern lights from the pool and do a barbecue at the kota. Nothing more to wish for - the stay was perfect and jyrki a very lovely host!

Beautiful and very cozy apartment. The communication with Pirko went really well and Pirkko was very friendly. Comfortable beds ensured a successful rest for the next day.

Great & dear host, very fast response time. The house is super big. Great starting point for northern lights, we also saw some directly above the house. It is best to take a car or note that not so many buses run.

We stayed at the property for a week and felt very much at home. Everything you could possibly need is there, the descriptions were great and you can actually reach everything with a nice walk. Near the property, there are many activities you can do, otherwise you can relax in front of the fireplace or in the sauna. We would always come back! :-)

We had a great time at this beautiful cottage. The bedding and amenities are perfect. The location is ideal. Mike is very available and attentive. We highly recommend it.

Great apartment, wonderful location. Everything you need within walking distance. Really cozy. The only complaint is the high cleaning fee that must be paid. Especially because you are also asked to remove the bedding. We did it, but in our opinion, the fees would already be inside, not having to do it. But all in all, we felt very comfortable. So would still come again! :)

Pert's place was great for our family. Services within walking distance and ski trails too. Definitely worth the price.

Juhani is very friendly and kind. He answered all our questions about access and even bought additional equipment. Unfortunately the extreme climatic conditions (-30°) and a totally snowy access in the middle of the night forced us to walk in the powder, the cold also forced us to shorten our stay but this cottage is a haven of peace , perfectly located by the lake with electricity, the latter has all the necessary comforts. Thank you to Juhani for agreeing to shorten our stay and for all his kindness. In winter I recommend this accommodation to athletes to access it and people accustomed to living conditions in the heart of nature.

Nice apartment for a week in Saariselkä as a base for all kinds of trips in this beautiful area. There were two of us, but you can also stay here with the four of us. I would book here again!

We had a great time with the kids in Saariselkä. The apartment is easily accessible by bus from the airport. Within walking distance there is everything you need for your stay. Would come back right away. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely experience there. The house is big, clean and really beautiful. Jarmo was really kind and guided us to find northern lights. I will come back for sure. For me, 10/10.

The house is perfect, the lake is a dream place for aurora watching, and meeting reindeer ! Ilkka is of great help to organize activities. I would highly recommend this place.

We have had an absolutely wonderful time, the house was beautiful, warm, cosy and so well equipped in a fabulous location within walking distance to all shops and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will return. Saariselka is so beautiful too. Ari was excellent in communicating and responding and very flexible with our arrival and departure timings. The cottage was very cozy and well-equipped, atmospheric and in a great location. The layout is very functional and pluses the ski treatment area. There was a ski track next to the cottage, so you could ski easily and still close to downtown services. We'd love to come back again.

Wonderfully comfortable, well designed, extremely well equipped cabin in a beautiful place. We stayed in February, surrounded by sublime snowy forest, solitude, and many nights with the Northern Lights. Stores and gas station are a 10 minute drive, just south of the border with Norway. I can't imagine a better place in a winter wonderland.

We had a wonderful and peaceful time. Just absolutely great.
