In the warmth of our cabin, it’s easy to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature through the large windows with their ever-changing scenery. Enjoy the silence. Admire the Northern Lights. You can go skiing and snowshoeing directly from the yard. In the summer, you can fish, row, or paddleboard on the lake or take a dip from your own dock. You also have a grill hut sauna at your disposal.

Welcome to Mukkinen! This unique guest house with sauna is located on the shore of a quiet lake in the middle of the forest. Here's a place where you can admire the northern lights right from your bed. In addition, you have a wonderful wood-fired sauna with a view of the lake from the benches. All the large windows of the guest house face the lake, so you can admire the scenery day and night. In addition, the guest house also has a small kitchen where you can also cook if necessary. Nice apartment and meeting with happy reindeer

The apartment is renovated in the year 2017 and it is a part of the bigger building. It is located 400 meters from our home ( and the lake), 18 km from Inari (nearest grocery and restaurants) and 350 km from Rovaniemi. In the apartment you will find all normal facilities and sauna. This is a good place to see Northern Lights and beautiful nature is around you here. If you are interested to see how people really live in Lappland, but you also appreciate your own peace, this place is for you.

This unique and peaceful holiday destination is easy to relax in. From the cabin's outdoor hot tub, you can look up at the sky and admire the northern lights! Dry toilet away from main building, no running water but in summer a tube from the spring. 12V electricity from the battery for lighting and usb-charging. If necessary, 230V electricity with generator. The kitchen has a gas stove and a 12V refrigerator or a small gas refrigerator. The cabin is heated with a fireplace and stove.

Lake Ukko and it's old trees and rocky shores are one of the most traditional landscapes in Lapland according to Sami museum Siida. This is the best spot to watch aurora borealis over open sky on your own private dock. We have decorated the room called Fisu with Finnish design.
