Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Lake Inari

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The house is lovely and even nicer in reality than in the pictures, but, most importantly, what makes this Airbnb the most special place I have ever stayed in are the hosts - Susanne and Bruno. From the warm welcome at the airport to the communication, everything was nothing short of fantastic. We would be delighted to come to this Airbnb again

If you're thinking about visiting Ivalo, this house is the best option. The location is excellent, just a very short distance from downtown for shopping. It's very quiet, the heating works great, it has a sauna that works very well, and the house has all the amenities you see in the photos. I traveled with my partner and we were both delighted. Niklas as a host was fantastic—he always responded to all our messages, was constantly attentive to our needs, and provided us with plenty of information about the city and its surroundings; he even took us on a night excursion to see the auroras! Totally recommended.

Great house close to the Ivalo centre with all amenities within short walk. Host was very helpfull, friendly, easygoing with quick replies to all questions. We stayed there for nearly a month. For such a long stay is house fully equipped and you will find there everything what is needed. Can only highly recommend it.

We loved our stay at Jyrkis beautiful villa. It had everything one could wish for - sauna, hotpot, ice for bathing, equipment for snowhiking and cross country skiing. We were lucky enough to see the northern lights from the pool and do a barbecue at the kota. Nothing more to wish for - the stay was perfect and jyrki a very lovely host!

I had a wonderful week at Inarijärvi lake doing ice fishing and snowshoeing. It's a nice cozy cottage. I could've stayed even longer. Elli is a great host with quick answers. Full recommendation, it had everything I needed.

Second year in a row as a guest of Ragnar and Inge. We did expect quality accommodation and we were not disappointed. Well-equipped house, location great for salmon fishing. Friendly host.

Great & dear host, very fast response time. The house is super big. Great starting point for northern lights, we also saw some directly above the house. It is best to take a car or note that not so many buses run.

Our stay at Minna and Jyrki's place was fantastic. Jyrki got us in contact with Minna and she welcomed us on the first day with a small tour of the house and with a lot of suggestions of what to do in the surroundings. They were always attentive to our questions and did a great job so we could enjoy our stay. I would definitely recommend to stay there, it was overall great!

Apartment centrally located near services. Trails nearby and a short transition to the slopes. Good value for money. Everything went great with the apartment.

Tiina’s place was great, exactly matched the description. We felt right at home from the first minute. We found everything we ever needed, would recommend to anyone who wants to spend peaceful holiday in Lapland.

We had a very nice time in the house of Antti. The location was perfect for us. It was very calm and peaceful. The location was also perfect to watch Northern lights. We had an incredible show in the sky just from above the house. Even though we always clean the houses we stay, I would prefer to pay an extra fee for the cleaning. That will reduce the little stress at the departure.

Juhani is very friendly and kind. He answered all our questions about access and even bought additional equipment. Unfortunately the extreme climatic conditions (-30°) and a totally snowy access in the middle of the night forced us to walk in the powder, the cold also forced us to shorten our stay but this cottage is a haven of peace , perfectly located by the lake with electricity, the latter has all the necessary comforts. Thank you to Juhani for agreeing to shorten our stay and for all his kindness. In winter I recommend this accommodation to athletes to access it and people accustomed to living conditions in the heart of nature.

Great place in a great location. Has everything you need for a week in Saariselkä. The sauna is great and the view on the terrace is excellent for cooling off. Thanks again and see you next time 😃

Thank you Marianne for your hospitality. Cozy cottage, perfect for 4 people. The equipment of the cottage was very convenient, it had everything you needed for a week-long stay. Comfortable beds, a place to hang out in the afternoon, the internet works impeccable. Good location of the cottage, off the beaten path, quiet and just 20 min. walk to the shop, restaurants, bars and other attractions of the town. We didn't have a car, but that didn't bother us. We went to the cross-country trails in a few minutes. Marianne advised us the best way to get from the airport, and told us how the weather was coming. When we had any questions before or during our stay, she always responded within a few minutes. Marianne's place was a very good place to stay for a week. Highly recommend! Thanks, and best regards.

Lovely cottage near a lake! Was a pleasure to stay there, world always come again!

Firstly, a big thank you to Riku’s. Even before we arrived he was very kind & helpful. Couldn’t recommend this property more highly. As soon as you drive into the area it’s like winter wonderland. The house is even nicer than the photos! Oh the view from the warmth of the cosy house was such a treat. So super private too. We hired a car & picked it up from the airport so it was very easy to get around. The beds were very comfortable & so were the pillows! My husband & son enjoyed the hot coals in the sauna at the house . Near bye there is a natural ice bath (March) nearby. We did so many activities. Husky ride was wonderful. A beginners country ski lesson & we all loved the snow habitants too. We also visited the reindeer. We didn’t see the Northern Lights but to be honest the whole trip was so amazing that it didn’t matter.

We felt very comfortable at Teija's cottage and would have liked to stay there longer. We thought it was really nice that we had the opportunity to light a campfire and barbecue. The surroundings are very quiet and perfect for relaxing due to the forest and proximity to the lake. The cottage itself is very modern and is heated/cooled with a heat pump. In addition, Teija was always available, incredibly friendly and offered many helpful tips with her guest book :) We would come back any time and can highly recommend the accommodation 😊

We had a wonderful stay in this peaceful cosy cabin. Very special to have our morning coffee in one their beautiful cups overlooking the snowy white forest from the kitchen table . One morning we even saw a white snow rabbit running past. We enjoyed the restaurant recommendations and walking there from the cabin. The kids loved the sleighs to play around the cabin in the snow. Looking forward to seeing it in summer!

A cottage that matches the description. Good instructions from the host and everything you need for a few days' visit was found in the cottage. Hiking trails can be accessed from the backyard. The location is quiet, but not private, i.e. the neighbors are within sight. I didn't get this when I made the reservation, but it didn't bother us, because the cottages were empty during our visit.
