Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Lake Houston

We absolutely loved this place! It didn’t feel like we were staying at a typical airbnb - it felt like we were staying at our most thoughtful and stylish friend’s house. Everything was labeled for easy access, and the nightlights (!!!) were a great touch, especially since we were there with smaller kids. Everything was clean and very well-maintained. The location was perfect and so quiet. If we are ever in the area again, I would absolutely stay here another time. Thanks Amanda and Mark for a great experience - you guys knocked it out of the park with this one!

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Check-in was smooth, and the space had everything I needed. Ariel was a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and made sure I felt welcome throughout my stay. I’d definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area, and I’d love to stay here again in the future!

Our family had a great time at Sunset Spot. The property is easy to find and very accessible, but at the same time felt very private. (Nearest significant grocery store is about 10 miles away, so it's a good idea to stock up on what you need before getting to the lake.) We took full advantage of all the fun water accessories (kayaks, floating mat, intertubes, etc) and hanging out on the boat deck (even caught 2 baby catfish with a makeshift fishing rod!). Also had a great time at the firepit and cruising around a bit in the golf cart. There is a boat ramp just a few doors down, which made it easy to have a jetski rental delivered there for one of the days of our stay. Although of course there were lake-expected knats and things like that around the property, they were harmless and we were pleasantly surprised at the lack of mosquitos! Beds were comfy and the house was clean and well appointed, with plenty of towels. Definitely hope to be able to come back again!

Very nice home :) the hosts were very responsive and helpful! There are also multiple hosts running one listing so you always have someone to answer your question! Me and my group loved the pool and overall I can’t wait to be back!

We wanted to have a peaceful relaxing getaway. Sara's place was everything that we were hoping for. The views from the porch and living room were spectacular. The place was clean, with plenty of amenities to facilitate a relaxing getaway. The host was very responsive during our stay. Will definitely look for the place again if we are ever in the area.

Our experience at Nick and Natalie’s home was incredible . The house was exactly described and was perfect for our family. All of the amenities was perfect and the small touches that made it special . From welcoming us with chocolate and snacks, to helping us by providing packing prays for the baby, and clear communication, I would recommend them for anyone in the future.

The home was beautiful & well appointed with spectacular portch/deck area, fishing was good, water toys galore and a garage that kept people in it all weekend with foosball, pickleball, pingpong and more, . This is a great waterfront location with so many fun things. Everyone from 8 to 73 wanted to stay longer.

Grace’s beach casita was bigger & better than I expected. Her affable nature and helpfulness was unexpected compared with most BnBs I’ve used. Great trip!

Cute little condo. The complex could use a little TLC; but the condo was super clean. It’s a little on the small side; with four adults it was a bit tight. Two pools and two hot tubs on premise. Beds were comfortable and the AC was super cold! I appreciated the keypad; instead of having to fumble for a key! There were beach towels and toys for our use as well. Literally across the street from the beach; and next to Wal Mart. We were able to book two nights with her for about half the price of a hotel. Definitely worth checking out!

We absolutely loved staying at the Peacock Apartment. The place is even more beautiful than the pictures. All the reviews gushing about this place are true. The hostess was kind and understanding with our check-in, and it really was like a little Paradise in the middle of the city. The location is very easy to get to and close to a freeway. There are a lot of markets close by if you want to cook at home. We stayed in every morning and just enjoyed the gardens. There were also a lot of rocking chairs so it was so nice to just laze about. We will definitely be coming back here specifically the next time we come to Houston. Thank you so much Selia!!!

I really loved how central the location was. I could easily get to Midtown and surrounding neighborhoods in under 15–20 minutes. The studio itself was super cute and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was lovely, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, even recommending nearby stores when I needed something. Everything was seamless from start to finish. I’d definitely consider staying here again!

Absolutely a gem!!!!! LOCATION!!!LOCATION!!! LOCATION!!! The Zen Den was so adorable, perfect for a couples getaway. Very well put together and the aesthetic was just fabulous. If you're looking for a quiet, clean, comfortable, relaxing, central location place. The Zen Den it is. You will not regret your stay. We truly enjoyed our stay and loved that we were less than 10min to everything. Especially a skip and hop away from one of our favorite, Gaido's restaurant. Definitely will book again. If you need a place that’s walkable in the Texas Medical Center area take a close look at this offering. Host’s are outstanding and you feel right at home. So many little touches that I would run out of room listing them all. Everything from the well stocked frig and freezer to the community pantry its evident that the hosts care about their guests and go out of their way to make it show.

This is a perfect place to getaway for an extended stay or even a quick weekend. The home is very clean and well maintained. They provide all the basic essentials you could need during your stay. The location is phenomenal, right on the seawall with a relaxing and peaceful view. We really enjoyed this trip and felt very much at home. We wish we didnt have to leave, but definitely enjoyed the visit! Thanks Jamie and Vince for such an enjoyable experience. We will definitely be coming back again.

The Casa Couture was clean and well appointed. Michelle was very responsive to my text messages. The place was clean and tastefully decorated. We plan to stay here again when we come to the area if it is available.

Peaceful condo on Lake Conroe. As a country boy living in Houston, it’s nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. This was the perfect place to enjoy some swimming and fishing. Quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended for a weekend getaway.

The condo is well-stocked with dishes, cookware, and bathroom amenities. There is also a chest on the balcony containing a variety of recreational items for the beach. And there's a full-sized washer and dryer. I'll keep this on my list when I return.

Wonderful stay, we will be coming back in the future! Very helpful and responsive hosts, we found an item in the home to be defective and it was replaced within hours they couldn’t have made the stay easier!

Perfect spot for a quiet getaway with family or friends, with a direct view of the beach from two small balconies and a small, very clean pool in the complex. Unit has everything you need, including beach towels available for use. On the "first" floor (really the second), and high enough to have a good view of the ocean over the dunes. Older but very clean and well maintained complex with excellent customer service at the front desk. Owner was incredibly responsive to questions and communications. Went with my adult son with a disability who loved the safe, smaller size of the complex and the quieter atmosphere. We will definitely be back!
