Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Lake Hāwea

Place was perfect for us for a long holiday . The location was perfect and the house had enough space for all of us and for the dogs . Yard was great and loved the privacy and the area. Did not realize how beautiful the place was until we went for walks and explored . So close to the lake and to great swimming spots. Would love to come back.

Storehouse is a beautiful home and lovely place to stay for any trip in the Hawea area. The wood fired spa pool was a real nice experience and wasn’t hard to understand the instructions for lighting etc. lovely open plan living area and very comfy bed. Thanks for having us at your home. We loved staying there, great for kids with sporting equipment and big backyard with soccer goals. Highly recommend.

Place was great! Was perfect space and modern. Was so great for kids and us. Just a reminder that the key pick up is all the way in town and about ten minutes drive from the house and you have to drop it off

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kim and her team do an incredible job keeping the place tidy, modern and homey. Great interior furntiture, artwork and an awesome view overlooking Lake Wanaka. Quick note: hot tub is only available in Winter, so check the description details before booking, we made this mistake by just utilizing the Airbnb booking filters which was a bit of a disappointment after a 3 day long expedition in the outdoors. Thanks team, we will be back in the winter!

Craigs house was really nice, modern and clean. The outside area (veranda/ porch) is great with kids to have a huge area with shadow during midday sun. Craig himself was really friendly and communicative. We would love to stay again there!

Not flashy but as described , everything you needed for short or long stay . Quite part of town , not walkable to town or shops but quick by car or bike. The garden was a highlight , as both a view and place to relax not very often you get an established garden in an Airbnb. The focus on Eco products that were all supplied was a great touch.

Fantastic location, clean and tidy. Lovely and warm on cooler evenings. So handy being 2 minutes walk to the Cadrona pub for dinner.

Amazing house in a beautiful scenic spot right on the lake. Photos don’t do justice. Super cozy and all the conveniences you could want. Right on lake Hayes walking path. Very responsive. Wine and local tips on arrival were lovely extra touch Our kids loved it too

The place was beautiful and my family felt right at home. We were lucky enough to have snow in the valley, the place was lovely and warm. The onsite spa & pool was great to unwind and a quick walk to the Cardrona pub made it easy for dinner. Olivia had great communication throughout our stay, we would love to return back again sometime soon. Thank you !

The villa was beautiful and close to hotel and restaurant. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the food in the restaurant was amazing! This is a real treasure with all this history. Beautiful set up garden too!

Outstanding property not to mention the location. So much space and very luxurious. We had a wonderful time and used it as our “bridal suite” for the girls to get ready before the wedding. Even had our first look here in the garden and it was sensational. Couldn’t recommend this spot more.

We came here with friends and it was an amazing stay! The house was lovely, private and had beautiful views. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Keith’s house was perfect for our extended family, 3 couples plus 2 children. The house is spacious so there was privacy for each family plus a very large living/dining/kitchen area with a wonderful deck out the back with a hot tub and outdoor eating table. A large back yard provided space for running around or playing games. We could not have asked for a better reunion space. The views to the mountains were spectacular with nightly moon rises and star gazing. Keith is the ultimate host who made sure that we had all the information we needed to check in and settle even though a death in the family required that he be out of the country. He was generous in answering questions about the area and sharing extra amenities for water activities. We could not have had a better vacation.

stunning log cabin amoungest the pines. A lot of hard work, skill and love has gone into building this beautiful log cabin! would absolutely recommend for a relaxing, peaceful getaway... and the hot tub is a bonus!

We were a group of five (3 adults, two young children) and really enjoyed our stay at this fairytale house. It was very clean and furnished with lots of charming accessories which make the place even more WOW. I personally loved the outdoor illumination at night, which added to the fairytale feeling. We also made use of the hot tub. The only thing to improve is the wifi speed and coverage throughout the house. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience a very special stay.

We had an amazing stay! This place was perfect for our short stay but definitely would be great for a longer stay. The kitchen was so well equipped (even had a slow cooker), lots of fun games to play, amazing hot tub and beautiful surroundings. Sally was a great host, she gave us lots of tips for the area and was very helpful. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Rikoriko Retreat makes for such a beautiful stay! The photos don’t do it justice. Views, design and amenities are unmatched. We were blessed with a clear, starry night and even a glimpse of the Aurora. Will forever be a memorable visit!

This is my first time living in a valley, word can’t describe how amazing this is ! If ur looking for the coziness and mindfulness, this is the best choice in Wanaka :)

We had the best time here! So walkable to town and Mt. Iron hike is just in the backyard! Beautiful view of the lake and mountains (and especially the sunrise). Very cozy cabin feel.

A lovely space to base ourselves as we explored Clyde, Alexandra and Cromwell. Maria was a great host and made us feel welcome and comfortable, including turning on heat pump and electric blankets before our late night arrival.
