The property has its own private dock accessible for personal motor boat use and is equipped with a Canoe, 2 Kayaks, and Pedal Boat for guest use! 5 mins to Downtown Saranac Lake and 20 mins to Lake Placid. Dog friendly, with over two acres of land!

The Olive Branch

We are located 100 yards from the downtown area, and 300 yards from Lake Flower, but in a nice residential spot. We grow our own food in our front yard and on our large porch. House is over 100 years old, comfortably furnished. Style is "Early American Garage Sale." Very close to canoe and kayak rentals, and minutes away from 3 boat launches and boat rentals. 1 block from new Adirondack RAIL TRAIL. Your hosts were involved in eco-tourism for many years and can provide a wealth of information.

This cabin is camp to us and now a place for you to experience as well. 2 minutes by car or boat to the village of Saranac Lake. A newly remodeled waterfront camp that is private and has a sandy beach area for swimming. Located up river from Lake Flower and before you get into Oseetah. 22 miles of boating and water leisure on the Saranac Lakes and Kiwassa. 2 bedrooms and a sleeping porch sleeps 5 or 6. The camp is small but cozy. A fire pit at waters edge is a perfect end to the night.

Sunset Cottage is only 15 feet from Tupper Lake with a sandy spot for launching canoes/kayaks and a large dock where you can moor your powerboat if you bring one. Dock seating and swimming with a dog friendly stair. Fire pit with firewood on the lawn with Adirondack chairs for your use. Two, kayaks come with the rental. Access to the Adirondack Rail Trail is nearby. This space is suitable for three people comfortably. There is 1 Full sized bed and 1 twin bed.

We are 5 minutes from Saranac Lake, 10 Minutes from Lake Placid, and 25 minutes from Whiteface. Located on a peninsula of Oseetah Lake, we have waterfront access perfect for ice skating, snowshoeing and XC skiing in the winter right from our doorstep. The lake offers sweeping views of Ampersand and the surrounding mountains.
