Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

The pretty wooden cabin is located in a large garden and is accessible via its own path from the private parking lot. In the lower area, it has about 35 square meters with equipped Kitchen, bathroom and also offers a spacious terrace overlooking the surrounding fields and mountains. A slightly steeper staircase leads to the upper area, which is a sleeping area (a Bedroom: 1 x DB plus mattresses -> max. 4 pers.). The house's swimming beach is a 7-minute walk away. TV no, Wi-Fi yes!

In the combined living room/kitchen there is a cozy sofa bed, smart TV, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has all amenities: large fridge, dishwasher, ceramic stovetop, oven, normal coffee maker, kettle, etc. are available. On cold winter days, the fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere.
