Stephanie as a host was great from booking. very responsive. House was in great shape. beautiful kitchen. fit family of 5 with a 13 yr old upstairs and a 7 and 9 yrs old in one room with me and my wife in the other. The room upstairs was like a private studio for our son. big TV, great sound and a microwave for popcorn etc. he loves it. my wife and I loved the privacy and backyard for kids to play. so many tools and pots in the kitchen and he entire house was well stocked. Hard to find a nicer place in Avon for the money. Would come back in a heartbeat. thanks Stephanie!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This home was everything I hoped for and more! It felt so welcoming and instantly like home. The host went above and beyond, approving my booking request the morning of and allowing us to check in early due to an urgent need for a place to stay. The house was perfect for our family, with fun features like a Pac-Man and Street Fighter arcade and a karaoke machine that everyone loved. The gas fireplace added a cozy touch, even though it was warm outside. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and having a washer and dryer available was such a convenience. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and family-friendly stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We had a great stay at this place! The location is awesome, cute neighborhood and very walkable to some fun bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. The home was very clean, set up perfectly for a big group and Justin recommended a fantastic pizza place nearby. The one thing I’d recommend is bringing extra towels if you have a group larger than 5 or 6 people! Highly recommend and would stay there again :)

Great home to stay while visiting Cleveland! Within walking distance to lots of great places! Host was incredibly proactive and friendly. Would absolutely recommend!

Great place!! My family and I loved this house. No complaints. Everything was clean. 15 mins to Niagara Falls. We enjoyed our stay.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Having off street parking in a big city is a plus. We enjoyed the shuffleboard. I would definitely stay here again!

This was the second year we have stayed at this villa and once again it was great!

Very convenient location! We came to the area to relax and enjoy family time before our daughter started college. The house had all the extras and sadly we needed them with kids forgetting toothbrushes and etc. The host was great and gave honest opinions on attractions nearby and the places he suggested to us were great! We will definitely be staying again as we visit our daughter.

Had a splendid time bonding with my family and kids, it was so much fun for us: the swimming pool, hot tub, grills, karaoke, darts and so much more made our stay very exciting. Adam and Carolyn were easy to contact and their response was prompt, many thanks for the popcorns and floaters...the kids loved it It was more than our expectation amd we're looking forward to coming back again next summer. Spent the weekend with a big family. 14 adults and kids. Accommodated us all comfortably and beautiful pool.

Unique group of apartments with plenty of space to accommodate a large group. Lots of parking & hosts were great to communicate with and had very clear expectations (which were super reasonable).

The pool and hot tub were truly standout features, offering the perfect setting to relax and unwind, whether it was a sunny afternoon or a cool evening under the stars. The outdoor space is absolutely stunning—spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to create a serene and inviting atmosphere. There are plenty of seating areas and places to lounge, making it ideal for spending time outdoors, whether you’re enjoying a meal, reading a book, or just soaking up the beautiful surroundings. The interior of the property was just as impressive—clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay. This property is a true gem, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat!
