Cottage vacation rentals in Lake Erie

I had a great week at Melissa's cottage. What questions I had were answered immediately. The park pass was really appreciated as that the reason for my visit. I would definitely stay there again if I returned to the area.

You can watch Eagles!! My husband, the eagle fanatic, was absolutely in awe of the natural surroundings and the amazing views we had from the home... a bottom deck and an upstairs deck off of the master bedroom! Also, the beds were super-duper comfortable and the kitchen and master bathroom were incredibly spacious!

The house was beautiful. I would definitely recommend. The surroundings area was absolutely stunning. The hosts were very respectful and responsive.

Such a wonderful location. Quick walk to the beach and it was great to sit in the back and enjoy the sites and sounds of the lake. Lucas was a very responsive host and check in was easy. The home was clean and had everything I needed to prepare an Easter feast for my family. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

This is a great place to stay, especially with the view of the lake. And very thoughtful hosts who really tried to think of everything you might want at a lake property. Would love to come back when the weather is better!!

The cottage was a great get away for the weekend and the island was a wonderful place to be. Jill and Terry are fantastic hosts who were quick to respond to any questions I had and keep a very clean airbnb. I would definitely recommend their place and I would love to stay there again.

This was our second stay at the cottage, and it was just as great as the first. Luckily for us the weather was great this year, so we got to use the sun porch every morning for breakfast. We also like that even though there were 8 adults in the cottage it doesn't feel cramped. It is stocked with everything you would need to make a meal.... although you really should be eating at one of the restaurants on the strip! Sean was easy to get ahold of and responded very quickly, which we appreciate! Can't wait to stay again next year!

We just left this wonderful cottage and are planning our return already! Sylvia is the absolute best host! Sylvia greeted us upon our arrival to show us around her lovely and extremely clean cottage. She is so sweet and welcoming, we instantly felt right at home. She has truly thought of everything to make your stay comfortable, even leaving little treats and wine for us. You can tell she truly enjoys sharing her cottage with guests and wants to make sure you enjoy every minute of being there! There are so many things to do in this quant little village and she makes sure you know all about them. The beach & outdoor areas are a dream and immediately puts you in vacation mode! I could go on and on about this little gem of a cottage & Sylvia …..but it comes down to, if you want to stay in an adorable little cottage, with the most comfortable amenities, best host, beautiful view and make the best memories, do not hesitate booking this cottage you will not regret it!

We had a great stay over Easter weekend, visiting point peely park and trying the local Mexican cuisine. Great space! Our kids especially enjoy to the hot tub. Beds were very comfortable.

My partner and I were looking for an affordable, close, beach getaway when we came across this beautiful resort. We initially booked in for 2 nights and ended up extending our trip twice because of how much fun we were having. We stayed in cottage number 5 first, and then moved to #4 since 5 was booked. The cottages were clean, and cozy with a rustic yet modern feel. They were perfect. The seating area by the stairs that lead to the beach looks and feels like a tropical paradise. There’s a big cabana with palm trees, a long outdoor wooden dinner table, a place to play corn hole, and they even had guitars available for guests to play. The beach was amazing. The water was warm and calm. The sand was soft and white, and there is tons of seating provided by the resort. The staff refill the fire wood for camp fires every day and come by in the mornings to make sure the property is clean for guests. I was extremely impressed with how attentive all of the staff were. Had a great trip and enjoyed the accommodations. Plenty of room for parking and close to multiple boat ramps. Fishing was really good, hope to do it again next year.

very quick to respond. They remembered a promised DVD player was not there, offered to bring one the next day, but ordered one and had it delivered by 0800. Very welcoming home for a winter getaway of 4 friends. seating area nice for movie and Lions game watching. Plenty of VERY HOT water, for 4 showers! Bedrooms all upstairs as is the main bath. canal out the backside. ONLY NEGATIVE is the parking across the road. (the road is JUST beyond the front door) unloading and loading a little challenge, but doable. Definitely a comfortable home and great stay for a friend getaway.

Our family of 10 adults and 2 children had a wonderful time at Matt’s lake house. The home was well equipped and comfortable. We greatly enjoyed the outdoor seating, pool, hot tub, yard and lake. The large kitchen was great and had everything we needed to cook our meals. We loved the secluded, quiet location and the eagles. . We enjoyed a day trip to Niagara on the lake and Niagara Falls. A great little escape! The owners care about details… decor, landscaping, activities, bathrooms, kitchen, all curated spaces for a peaceful engaged existence!

We had such a lovely stay at Teraina and Richard’s place. You can see how much thought and love went into creating such a beautiful place. The space is very clean, modern and well laid out. We loved sitting out on the deck and watching birds swim and fly by. It’s a quiet community but close by to the beach area and the infamous Arbor! We were sad to leave and would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect little spot if you’re planning to visit Point Peele. Aime’s place was nice and cozy and perfect view of Lake Erie. The guess house was very well equipped with everything. It’s literally at the waterfront and the sounds of the waves crashing on the shore was exactly what I needed to relax. This is super close to a lot of nice restaurants in Kingsville. Thanks again for the local goodies, we’ll be back again.
